Access to the Works. The Contractor makes his own assessment of, and allows in his rates for those access problems due to confined and restricted areas, existing structures and equipment, etc., which may be encountered and no extra payment or claim of any kind will be allowed on account of difficulties of access to the works or for the requirements of working adjacent to or in the same area as other Contractors operations.
