Access to the Software. The Customer can use the Software hosted on the Cloud Platform, or choose the Self-Hosting option. The Cloud Platform is hosted and fully managed by Odoo SA, and accessed remotely by the Customer. With the Self-Hosting option, the Customer instead hosts the Software on computer systems of their choice, that are not under the control of Odoo SA. For the duration of this Agreement, Odoo SA gives the Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use (execute, modify, execute after modification) the Odoo Enterprise Edition software, under the terms set forth in 9 Appendix A: Odoo Enterprise Edition License. The Customer agrees to take all necessary measures to guarantee the unmodified execution of the part of the Software that verifies the validity of the Odoo Enterprise Edition usage and collects statistics for that purpose, including but not limited to the running of an instance, the number of Users, the installed Apps, and the number of lines of code of Covered Extra Modules. Odoo SA commits not to disclose individual or named figures to third parties without the consent of the Customer, and to deal with all collected data in compliance with its oMcial Privacy Policy, published at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/privacy. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, this license is revoked immediately and the Customer agrees to stop using the Odoo Enterprise Edition software and the Cloud Platform. Should the Customer breach the terms of this section, the Customer agrees to pay Odoo SA an extra fee equal to 300% of the applicable list price for the actual number of Users and installed Apps.
Access to the Software. In consideration of the Fees paid by Customer to Darktrace, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Product Order Form, during the applicable Subscription Period Darktrace grants to Customer the right to: (i) install and use the Appliance on the Site(s) for Customer’s and/or its permitted Affiliates' internal business purposes (provided that neither Customer nor its Affiliates may use the Offering (or any part thereof) as a commercial product or for the benefit of an unaffiliated third party); and (ii) make a commercially reasonable number of copies of the Documentation, provided however, that Customer must reproduce and include all of Darktrace's and its suppliers' copyright notices and proprietary legends on each such copy.
Access to the Software. 3.1 In consideration of the Subscription Fees iplicit grants to the Customer from and including the Go Live Sign Off Date a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to permit the number of Authorised Users set out in 0 and any additional User Subscriptions purchased pursuant to clause 4 to use the Services during the Subscription Term only for the Customer’s internal business operations subject to the restrictions set out in this clause 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement.

Access to the Software. Zorachka may make the Software available to the Participant for downloading online through the application platforms, such as App Store and Google Play, through the Website, and/or otherwise. If the Software is accompanied by a separate license agreement, you agree that such license agreement accompanying the Software, in addition to that in Clause 9 of this Agreement, shall govern your use of the Software. Any inconsistencies between the provisions of the license agreement accompanying the Software and Clause 9 of this Agreement shall be governed by this Agreement.

The Cloud Platform is hosted and fully managed by Apping Technology, and accessed remotely by the Customer. For the duration of this Agreement, Apping Technology gives the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apping Technology Edition software. The Customer agrees to take all necessary measures to guarantee the unmodified execution of the part of the Software that verifies the validity of the Apping Technology Edition usage and collects statistics for that purpose, including but not limited to the running of an instance, the number of Users, the installed Apps, and the number of lines of code of Covered Extra Modules. Apping Technology commits not to disclose individual or named figures to third parties without the consent of the Customer, and to deal with all collected data in compliance with its official Privacy Policy. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, this license is revoked immediately and the Customer agrees to stop using the Apping Technology Edition software and the Cloud Platform. Access to the Software. In order to use the SimScale Software, the Customer must create the Account using SimScale’s home page. All required data must be entered in order to open the Account.
Access to the Software. 3.1. To access the Program, the User registers a Profile in the Program.
Access to the Software appoint 1 dedicated contact person at Oxygis for the duration of the Contract; • provide 30 days written notice to Oxygis before changing their primary point of contact to work with another Oxygis integrator, or to work with Oxygis directly. Where the Customer chooses to use the Cloud Infrastructure, the Customer further agrees to : • take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of their user account, including choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone else; • make reasonable use of the hosting services, excluding any illegal or abusive activity, and strictly abide by the rules described in the acceptable use policy. When the Client chooses the "Self-Hosting" option, he/she also agrees to : • take all reasonable steps to protect the Client's files and databases and to ensure that the Client's data is safe and secure, recognizing that Oxygis cannot be held responsible for any loss of data; • grant Oxygis the access necessary to verify the validity of the use of the Oxygis Cloud upon request (for example, if the automatic validation proves inoperative for the Client);
