Access to the Site. 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.
Access to the Site. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable Law or any Consent, the City shall grant to the Supplier non-exclusive, timely and in accordance with any agreed schedule, access (as the City is reasonably able to provide) to all necessary areas of the Site on and from the Effective Date and such other non-exclusive access as is necessary or appropriate to perform the Supply and the Supplier’s other obligations in accordance with this Agreement.

Access to the Site a) The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the access to the Site during the course of the Contract.
Access to the Site. Owner shall provide Contractor with reasonable access to the Site on which the Project is to be physically situated. Subject to Section 3.13, such access on the Site shall be sufficient to permit Contractor to progress with the Work without substantial interruption or interference.

The Contractor does not, by virtue of this Contract, acquire any interest in the Site. The Contractor must permit the Owner, or a person authorised by the Owner, to have reasonable access to the Site, under the Contractor’s supervision, to inspect the Contract Work.

Each Party shall, upon reasonable prior notice from the other Party, and at reasonable times, grant the Party giving notice reasonable passage through any lands (adjacent to the Site), which are owned by, controlled by or in the possession of the Party receiving the notice, that are necessary for designing, financing, constructing, operating or maintaining the Facility or the Interconnection Facilities.
Access to the Site a. Information, products, software, services and features may be added to or withdrawn from the Site at SharperLending’s sole discretion, and can be changed without notice.
