Common use of Access to the Services Clause in Contracts

Access to the Services. Partner School agrees to limit access to the Program and the Services to students currently enrolled in the Partner School with an account on the Services (“Student Users”). In addition, Partner School agrees to limit access to the Program and the Services to the parents and legal guardians of Student Users, and the teachers, employees, officials, or agents (“Licensed Users”) who have accepted the User Terms of Service. The Student Users and Licensed Users are, collectively, referred to herein as the “Users”.
