Common use of Access to the Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to the Premises. Landlord, its employees and agents and any mortgagee of the Property shall have the right to enter any part of the Premises at all reasonable times for the purposes of examining or inspecting the same, showing the same to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or tenants and for making such repairs, alterations or improvements to the Premises or the Property as Landlord may deem necessary or desirable. Landlord and its employees and agents may enter the Premises by means of a master key or otherwise, Landlord shall incur no liability to Tenant for such entry, nor shall such entry constitute an eviction of Tenant or a termination of this Lease, nor entitle Tenant to any abatement of rent therefore.
