Access to Restricted. The right to access to the SafeMeasuresB website is jurisdiction- and agency-specific. Only Customer and its employees may access or use the SafeMeasuresB website. Specifically, and not by way of limitation, Customer may not act as a relay allowing access to the SafeMeasuresB website to any third party jurisdiction, agency, individual, or business.

Access to Restricted. Areas The Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System Complex (AAMDSC) is a secure area. Access to this area is restricted to U.S. citizens with a U.S. clearance at the “Secret” level or above. As minimum, this applies to MCSS personnel. All other personnel accessing the AAMDSC area may be non-U.S., provided they are escorted at all times during their performance of work by a Contractor furnished escort who is a U.S. citizen with a U.S. clearance at the SECRET level or above. The Contractor shall ensure work is not delayed due to unavailability of Contractor’s escort. The current escort ratio is one to five. The Contractor is advised that the Base Commander may change the escort ratio at any time. The Government will not provide escorts. The Contractor shall monitor and control access into restricted areas under their responsibility, allowing only those individuals who have been properly cleared into restricted areas or other controlled access areas. The Contractor shall comply with security requirements, plus those imposed by the base at all times. Personnel with access to special areas will have the appropriate screening and/or security clearance, and personnel requiring routine access to restricted areas will wear special badges authorizing access for those areas. Contractor personnel shall not enter restricted or controlled areas or installation facilities unless specifically authorized in performance of their duties. The Contractor shall secure all buildings and facilities entered during non-duty hours and will secure all building and facilities under the Contractor’s cognizance at the end of each work day or shift period.
