Access to Reports. The Union Safety Committee shall be given a copy of all injury reports (91-S) City of Cincinnati, Supervisor Investigation of Employee Injury, that are a result of on-duty injuries, provided that the injured employee provides written permission to release the form 91-S to the Union.

Access to Reports. The Custodian will provide to Bank a copy of a statement of the Collateral Account(s) on each business day; provided, however, that Custodian's failure to forward a copy of such statement to Bank shall not give rise to any liability hereunder.

Upon the Agent’s request, the Borrower hereby authorizes the Custodian to, and based on such authorization the Custodian hereby agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to, provide to the Agent such other information concerning the Collateral Account and/or the Collateral as the Agent may reasonably request, provided that nothing contained herein shall obligate the Custodian to provide the Agent such information if it is not obligated to provide such information to the Borrower under the Custodian Agreement, and provided, further, that the Custodian’s failure to forward such information to the Agent shall not give rise to any liability hereunder
Access to Reports. The EASA Flight Standards Directorate shall, upon request of the FAA, provide a summary of the inspection reports as relevant to areas pertinent to the Agreement, namely Annex I to Regulation 1178/2011 and EU Special Conditions under the conditions and according to the provisions of Article 21 of Reg. Access to Reports. Oxford Nanopore will have access to instrument run reports produced by You using the Software (“Instrument Run Reports”) and the Software will automatically post Instrument Run Reports to Oxford Nanopore. The Instrument Run Reports will be solely diagnostic in nature relating to Oxford Nanopore Technology and not contain any Biological Data. You agree to enable this access, including across Your firewalls, and the Software license granted hereunder is conditioned upon such access. You hereby grant Oxford Nanopore a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license to use, copy, modify, and create derivative works using Instrument Run Reports solely for purposes of evaluation and to improve and report on the performance of any Oxford Nanopore product. This license does not extend to Biological Data generated in parallel with the run report.
