Common use of Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Clause in Contracts

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFJLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFWeitzman, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFXxxxxxxx, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFXXXX XXXXX REAL ESTATE SERVICES, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, except in the ordinary course of its business on matters unrelated to the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees and Investor’s Broker agree to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or HFFXxxxxxxx, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public non‐public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFJLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFM&M, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFARGUS SELF STORAGE ADVISORS, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFNewmark, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public non‐public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor Purchaser agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFJLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or and HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, licensees and other occupants, the landlord under any ground lease of all or any portion of the Property and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFBerkshire Hathaway Verani, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, any municipalities (including but not limited to the City of Irvine) directly regarding the Property, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFJLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and Owner or the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the PropertyProperty (including any ground lessor), without the prior consent of Owner or HFFJLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor Buyer agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to that it will not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior written consent of Owner or HFFOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF/C&W, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, or the City of Thousand Oaks, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants. Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners member(s) or any direct or indirect owners of any interest in the ownership of the PropertyProperty or Owner, without the prior consent of Owner or HFFOwner, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.
