Access to our Platform. We provide services and information relating to investment advisory and management services (the “Services”) on our Platform. All Services and trading activities shall be conducted in accordance with these Terms of Use and other applicable agreements including but not limited to the Agreement between us and you. Access to our Platform is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend access to or use of our Platform for any reason without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party if for any reason our Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period.

  • Access to Software Access Rights to Software which is Results shall comprise: Access to the Object Code; and, where normal use of such an Object Code requires an Application Programming Interface (hereafter API), Access to the Object Code and such an API; and, if a Party can show that the execution of its tasks under the Project or the Exploitation of its own Results is technically or legally impossible without Access to the Source Code, Access to the Source Code to the extent necessary. Background shall only be provided in Object Code unless otherwise agreed between the Parties concerned.
