Access to Other Services. All bargaining unit faculty members under a current letter of appointment shall receive: • A faculty ID that entitles them to library access; • Departmental photocopying availability for College purposes; and • While on campus, but not necessarily in the bargaining unit faculty member’s designated space, access to a computer (or other comparable electronic device) supplied and maintained by the College.

Access to Other Services. You may use ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business to access other ANZ services. If there is any inconsistency between these Electronic Banking Conditions of Use and your agreement for that other service, the terms of the agreement for that other service prevail when using ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business to access or use that other service.
Access to Other Services. SciFinder may provide LICENSEE with access to other optional information services such as electronic full-text journal articles/documents, other Web services not associated with the ACS or CAS, etc. Such access may require licenses or agreements with the information providers and include fees (in addition to the fees mentioned in Paragraph 4) for such services. The negotiating and entering into of such licenses, agreements and other arrangements with a third party and the payment of any required fees is separate from and beyond the scope of this Agreement and is the responsibility of LICENSEE. LICENSEE will use and access such services at its own risk. Currently these are optional features of SciFinder offered to Named Users at the sole discretion of LICENSEE.
Access to Other Services. Additional health care services may be made available at the Community through independent contractors approved by IKF. Resident will be responsible for paying the fees charged by such independent contractors for any services utilized by Resident, and IKF has no obligation to provide for the billing of such services unless such services are provided to the Health Center’s Comprehensive Care residents. Some examples of the types of services which may be provided by independent contractors are as follows:

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524.
