Access to Operation. Official Union representatives shall obtain access to the Company's operations for the purpose of this Agreement by permission which will be granted by the Company on request and subject to such reasonable terms and conditions as may be laid down by the Company.
Access to Operation. Official Union representatives shall obtain access to the District's operations for the purpose of this Agreement by written permission which will be granted by the District on request and subject to such reasonable terms and conditions as may be laid down by the District.
Access to Operation. The Company shall comply with all lawful requests, requirements and directions by the Territory regarding access to any financial, accounting, computer (including for on line access), operational and other records or aspects of the Operation and in particular and without limit to the generality of the foregoing shall allow and permit the Territory access to conduct an audit by an auditor appointed by the Territory (which may include the Auditor-General) of the whole or any part of the Operation.
Access to Operation. Official Union representatives shall obtain access to the Company's operation on all shifts for the purpose of conducting normal Union business. The Union agrees that there will be no Union activity carried out during working hours except at expressly provided times and the Company will grant reasonable requests.

Official Union Representatives shall obtain reasonable access to Sodexo’s Employees for the purposes of this Agreement, including the ratification of this Agreement by Sodexo’s Employees, which access shall be granted by Sodexo at the Union’s request and on such reasonable written terms and conditions as may be laid down by Sodexo.
Access to Operation. Official Union representatives shall advise the Employer in advance of the purpose of their access to the Employer’s facilities and it is agreed that such access will not impede normal activities.
Access to Operation. Official Union Representatives shall advise the Facility Manager, or if that is not possible, another manager, that he/she will be, or is, in the facility to meet with employees. Meetings shall be scheduled so that there is no disruption to the work of the facility. Should these meetings cause concern to the Employer, it will be discussed with the Union so that alternate arrangements may be made.
Access to Operation. Official Union Representatives shall obtain reasonable access to Xxxxxxxx' Employees for the purposes of this Agreement, including the ratification of this Agreement by Xxxxxxxx' Employees, which access shall be granted by Xxxxxxxx at the Union's request and on such reasonable written terms and conditions as may be laid down by Xxxxxxxx.
