ACCESS TO NETWORK. Business Associate agrees that while present at any Covered Entity facility and/or when accessing Covered Entity’s computer network(s), it and all of its employees, agents, representatives and subcontractors shall at all times comply with any network access and other security practices, procedures and/or policies established by Covered Entity including, without limitation, those established pursuant to the HIPAA Security Rule.

ACCESS TO NETWORK. NEON shall provide Network Plus with access to the Network Plus Fiber Network at all regeneration sites and point of presence ("POP") locations. In addition, NEON shall provide Network Plus access to the Network Plus Fiber Network at existing cable splice points, as reasonably requested from time to time by Network Plus. All connections shall be performed by NEON in accordance with NEON's applicable specifications and operating procedures as approved by Network Plus, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and shall be at Network Plus's sole cost and expense, so long as such cost and expense have been approved in advance in writing by Network Plus. Network Plus shall have no limitations on the types of electronics, optronics or technologies employed to utilize the Network Plus Fiber Network fibers, subject to mutually agreeable safety procedures and so long as such electronics, optronics or technologies do not interfere with the use of or present a risk of damage to any portion of the NEON Network.
ACCESS TO NETWORK. Subject to and consistent with the ------------------- terms and conditions of this Agreement, HNL shall provide to SafeHealth access to the Dental Providers who or which allow such access under their Contracts for the purpose of providing dental services or dental supplies to SafeHealth Subscribers. SafeHealth shall cooperate with HNL to arrange access by SafeHealth Subscribers to any Dental Provider whose Contract does not expressly permit such access and who or which SafeHealth determines meets the credentialing and contracting criteria established by SafeHealth.

AirSwap grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license during the term of this Agreement to access and use the Network strictly in accordance with this Agreement, on your own account as principal, solely for the purposes of viewing data and communicating regarding pricing information. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by AirSwap and/or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that all right, title and interest in and to the Network, including, but not limited to, any copyrights, trademarks (including service marks and logos), domain names, patents or other intellectual property rights, belong to AirSwap and/or AirSwap’s licensors, as applicable, and are protected under Applicable Law.
ACCESS TO NETWORK. In reliance upon SUPPLIER and USERS assuming the obligations described below, the COMPANY agrees to allow SUPPLIER and its USERS, from time to time to establish a VPN connection to the COMPANY network, information systems or communications assets (collectively, the “Network”) using an IPSec compliant communications protocol subject to strict compliance with the COMPANY’S security procedures and standards as the same may be given by notice to SUPPLIER from time to time by the COMPANY. The current COMPANY security procedures and standards are detailed in Section 3 below. The COMPANY may modify these at any time and SUPPLIER agrees that such modified security procedures and standards shall become part of this Agreement when the COMPANY provides written notice (herein referred to as the “Notice”) of the revised or modified security procedures and standards to SUPPLIER and USERS. Each USER will be required to complete and sign a form of a Network/System Access Request for Project Scope Contractors (Form X-3468 REV 03-13).
ACCESS TO NETWORK. (a) In providing engines to Flightlease, SRT or any Designated Customer pursuant to any other provision of this Agreement, WLFC shall not be limited to engines then owned, leased or otherwise held by WLFC at any relevant point in time, but WLFC shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to provide (or assist Flightlease, SRT or such Designated Customer in obtaining) engines for such purposes from manufacturers, airlines, lessors or other engine providers with whom WLFC shall be doing business from time to time, including arranging for the use of spare engines that may be held by such entities.
