Access to Mobile Banking. To utilize the Mobile Banking Services, you must enroll through our Online Banking system. Once you have enrolled for the Mobile Banking Services, designated accounts linked to your Online Banking security codes will be accessible through your Wireless Access Device. Additionally, to access and utilize the Mobile Banking Services you will need a compatible Wireless Access Device. To access Mobile Banking service and functions, your Wireless Access Device must be Internet enabled and connected to the Internet through your mobile communications service provider. In order to properly use the Mobile Banking Services, you should review and follow the instructions provided in our Online Banking system. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use the Mobile Banking Services in accordance with the online and mobile application instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking Services. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Wireless Access Device. If you obtain a different Wireless Access Device, you will be required to download and install software, to that different Wireless Access Device, under the same terms set forth in this Agreement, as amended. You agree to delete all such software from your Wireless Access Device promptly if the licenses or this Agreement terminate for any reason. We reserve the right to change, add to, or terminate services with our third-party software providers, to substitute different software providers, and to enter into or arrange for the provision Mobile Banking Services by other licensors and third-parties.

Access to Mobile Banking. To access Mobile Banking, an Administrator or Authorized User must have a Mobile or Tablet Device. In order to use Mobile Banking, an Administrator or Authorized User must download, install and use the Mobile Banking application for Apple or Android. We are not responsible for any damage to any Mobile Device resulting from downloading, installing or using the Mobile Banking Application. Download the app from the Apple Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).

Access to Mobile Banking. Depending on your mobile device, you may also have the option to use a biometric feature (such as a fingerprint or Face ID) to authenticate your identity and gain access to Mobile Banking. If you choose to activate a biometric feature, it is your responsibility to control access to Mobile Banking just as you would with your username and password. You acknowledge that any person who has a biometric feature stored in your device may be able to access Mobile Banking.
Access to Mobile Banking. Unless otherwise specified, all of the provisions of this Agreement that apply to Online Banking also apply to Mobile Banking. Subject to Section 26 of this Agreement, Mobile Banking is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. However, you agree that at certain times the Mobile Banking may not be available due to system maintenance or technical difficulties, including those of your mobile service provider, our mobile application, or circumstances beyond our control. You must first be enrolled in Online Banking to get access to Mobile Banking. Once enrolled in Online Banking, you may download our mobile application on a mobile device from the Apple Store, Google Play Store, or any other digital marketplace on which we make our mobile application available for download. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile networks, and that there may be browser or other technical limitations specific to an individual device that will limit or prevent access to Mobile Banking. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use the device, and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use Mobile Banking or the device. We make no representations that Mobile Banking will be available for use in locations outside of the United States. Accessing Mobile Banking from locations outside of the United States is undertaken at your own risk and may not be secure.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.

  • Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.

  • USE OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE INSIGNIA In order for the Cooperators to use the U.S. Forest Service insignia on any published media, such as a Web page, printed publication, or audiovisual production, permission must be granted from the U.S. Forest Service’s Office of Communications. A written request must be submitted and approval granted in writing by the Office of Communications (Washington Office) prior to use of the insignia.

  • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

  • Telephone Monitoring and Recording You consent to and authorize us and any of our affiliates, agents and marketing associates to monitor and/or record any of your telephone conversations with any of our or their representatives for quality control, training and other lawful purposes.
