Access to Materials. A license to use all required materials in either electronic or print format, as the case may be, including textbooks, curricular materials, and ancillary materials such as workbooks, texts, and other materials (“Materials”). Materials available electronically and in print format will be provided in electronic format. The use of the Materials shall be made expressly subject to Connections’ Educational Materials and Hardware Policy, located at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/connections-learning/educational- materials-and-hardware-policy.aspx. Connections shall be responsible for shipping all required Materials and for soliciting the return of all re-usable Materials from Authorized Users. Any re- usable Materials provided by Connections will be the exclusive property of Connections or its Contractors, and Connections shall have the right to recover and re-usable Materials from Authorized Users at the conclusion of each academic year or when the student is no longer enrolled, whichever is sooner. Connections may invoice students for any Materials that are not returned, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Access to Materials. The Contractor may request, and WAPA shall provide, applicable portions of all WAPA Materials associated with this Agreement subject to limitations described herein, Federal laws, regulations, and WAPA’s retention policies. Information sharing under this Agreement shall not violate confidentiality limitations, restrictions on proprietary information, or compel WAPA to be a conduit to sensitive materials or arrangements with third parties.
Access to Materials. In connection with disputes, shop stewards shall have the right to examine records and work schedules that have a bearing on the matter in dispute. Such information shall be treated as confidential.
Access to Materials. 3.1 The Collaborator Institution shall implement physical and technical access controls that restrict access to the Materials it processes to duly authorised individuals only. Access logging and monitoring should be put in place.
Access to Materials. Employees shall have access to program materials, equipment, supplies, and facilities that are necessary to carry out their job responsibilities.
Access to Materials. During the term of this License Agreement, EMORY shall provide LICENSEE with full access upon reasonable notice to all documents and samples, including reagents, which may be in the possession or control of EMORY relating to both the Licensed Patents and Licensed Technology provided to LICENSEE hereunder and shall, within a reasonable period, provide LICENSEE with a true and complete list thereof.
Access to Materials. Notwithstanding termination of this Agreement, and during its term, all materials, including, but not limited to, tax returns, supporting schedules, work papers, correspondence and other documents relating to consolidated income tax returns filed by the Affiliated Group shall be made available to any party to this Agreement during regular business hours.
Access to Materials. The starting date of your access to the Product is deemed to be the date that you first have access. You’ll then have lifetime access to the course material. We will take all commercially reasonable steps to provide you with uninterrupted access to the Product. However, your access may be restricted from time to time for reasons beyond our control. Such reasons include force majeure events, power outages and actions from computer hackers and others acting outside the law. Your access may also be interrupted due to software issues, server downtime, increased Internet traffic, programming errors, regular maintenance and other related reasons. Where this is the case, we will take commercially reasonable steps to restore your full access within a reasonable period of time. ‘Commercially reasonable’ in these terms shall mean reasonable efforts taken in good faith, without unduly burdensome use or expenditure of time, resources, personnel or money. Our joint aim is to provide a course and material of the highest quality. As such, improvements or changes to the Product or any other material may occur at any time without prior notification in order to ensure that they are up to date and accurate.
Access to Materials. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement, DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall be provided access to obtain the Licensed Materials in a periodic basis for the term of this Agreement. As provided in this Agreement, DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, shall be entitled to any Modifications, updates, renewals or additional data or information under the License granted by this Agreement. Updated Material and Modifications. CITY shall in accordance with this Agreement and upon request of the DESIGN PROFESSIONAL provide to DESIGN PROFESSIONAL updates to or modifications of all or any specific parts of the data or information in the Licensed Materials. Any such updates or modifications provided by CITY shall be covered by and subject to each and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Furthermore, upon completion or termination of this Agreement, DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, will provide to CITY in a compatible form, updated information developed during the execution of the Scope of Services provided by DESIGN PROFESSIONAL.
Access to Materials. Between the date of this Agreement and the earlier of the Closing Date or the termination of this Agreement, each Party shall (i) give reasonable access to the other Parties and their attorneys, accountants and other representatives, during reasonable business hours, under such Disclosing Party’s supervision, and upon reasonable notice, to all books, records and files (other than those describing the Disclosing Party’s proprietary credit research or investment methodologies) related to Passport Records or the books and records and the business of the EJMMF that other Parties reasonably request, and (ii) request (and make commercially reasonable efforts to cause) the disclosing Party’s officers, managers, employees, agents and service providers to furnish the other Parties with (or make available to the other Parties) such operating data of the Disclosing Party with respect to the Passport Records or business of the EJMMF as the other Parties may from time to time reasonably request.
