Access to Material. The employee may, upon request, have copies of the material upon which the charges are based.

The Recipient’s Scientist agrees not to transfer the Material to anyone who does not work under his or her direct supervision at Recipient’s institution without the prior written consent of Provider. Recipient’s Scientist shall refer any request for access to the Material to Provider. To the extent supplies are available, Provider agrees upon a reasonable request to make the Material available under a similar MTA to other scientists (at least those at non-profit or governmental institutions) who wish to replicate Recipient’s Scientist’s research.
Access to Material. Imagenetix agrees to provide Enrich with full access to all current marketing materials that are printed, magnetic, digitized or otherwise for Enrich to modify at its discretion for the purpose of promoting the Product.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR HEREIN, THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY WARRANTY THAT THE USE OF THE MATERIAL WILL NOT INFRINGE OR VIOLATE ANY PATENT OR OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
