Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or Representative, the Owner Trustee or the Security Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or and the Depositor, as or to the case may beIndenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after its receipt by the Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor in writingDepositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, Certificateholders evidencing not less than 2550% of the Certificate Percentage Interest of any Class, apply in writing to the Owner TrusteeTrustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders Certificateholders, with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorTrust, the ServicerDepositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Trust Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, as the case may be, within [fifteen (15) )] days after its receipt of a request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three one or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within [five (5) )] Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Holders Holder of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any the Seller, the holder of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar GP Interest or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer or Seller and the Depositor, as holder of the case may beAO Interest, within fifteen (15) 15 days after its receipt by the Owner Trustee of a request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Seller or the Depositor holder of the AO Interest in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Seller or the Depositor holder of the AO Interest may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Holders Holder of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any the Seller, the holder of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar AO Interest or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders Certificateholders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Aggregate Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than a Certificate Percentage Interest equal to 25% of the Percentage Interest apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders Certificateholder(s) with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholder(s). Each HolderHolder or Owner, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorTriad, [_______], the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee, the Insurer or the Owner Trustee any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.. Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositors (and to the Owner Trustee, if the Servicer or Owner Trustee is not the Depositor, as the case may be, Certificate Registrar) within fifteen (15) 15 days after its receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor Depositors (or the Owner Trustee) in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor Depositors (or the Owner Trustee) may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, Certificateholders representing not less than 25% of the Percentage Certificate Interest then outstanding apply in writing to the Owner TrusteeCertificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any none of the Depositor, the ServicerDepositors, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Servicer or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or and the Depositor, as or to the case may beIndenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after its receipt by the Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner Servicer, the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the Servicer or the Depositor in writingcase may be, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived. SECTION 3.8.

If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within (Nissan 2005-A Amended & Restated Trust Agreement) five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or and the Depositor, as or to the case may beIndenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after its receipt by the Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor in writingDepositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest beneficial interest in the Issuer evidenced by the Certificates apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.. 7 Amended and Restated Trust Agreement (USAA 2009-2)

If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within (Nissan 2003-B Amended & Restated Trust Agreement) five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer or Insurer and the Depositor, as the case may be, within fifteen (15) 15 days after its receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Insurer or the Depositor in writingDepositor, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, entity making the Servicer or the Depositor request may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Certificateholders, or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicants"), apply in writing to the Owner TrusteeCertificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants Applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer, the Seller or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the Security Insurer, and the Representative within 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee, Trustee of a request therefore from the Servicer or the Depositor, as the case may be, within fifteen (15) days after its receipt of a request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor Representative in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than a Percentage Interest of 25% of the Percentage Interest apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Security Insurer or the Owner Trustee or the Security Insurer or any agent thereof or the Representative accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Paying Agent and the Depositor, within 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, as the case may be, within fifteen (15) days after its receipt of a request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner TrusteeServicer, the Servicer Paying Agent, or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (i) three or more Certificateholders or (ii) one or more Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Interests in the Certificates apply in writing to the Owner TrusteeCertificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner TrusteeMaster Servicer, the Servicer Depositor[, the Insurer] or the Depositor, as the case may be, Indenture Trustee within fifteen (15) 15 days after its receipt by the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar of a request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor such Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, evidencing not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest apply in writing to the Owner TrusteeTrustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Certificates Series Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, as the case may be, within fifteen (15) 15 days after its receipt of a request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within (Nissan 2003-A Amended & Restated Trust Agreement) five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, as the case may be, within fifteen (15) 15 days after its receipt of a request therefor from the 11 (Nissan 2006-A Amended and Restated Trust Agreement) Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders or one or more Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than 25% of the Percentage Interest Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Owner Trustee, and such application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each HolderCertificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless regard less of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Holder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
