Common use of Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing Holders of Certificates evidencing, in the aggregate, not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived. The Certificate Registrar shall upon the request of the Owner Trustee provide such list, or access to such list, of Certificateholders as contemplated by this Section 3.06.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Owner Trustee, the Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Owner Trustee, the Servicer, the Paying Agent or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (a) three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or (b) one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5150% of the Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived. The Certificate Registrar shall upon the request of the Owner Trustee provide such list, or access to such list, of Certificateholders as contemplated by this Section.

If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates Interest (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants’ interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorTransferor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorCompany, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorCompany in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor Company may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record DateDate for payment of distributions to Certificateholders. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), "applicants") apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication which such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the most recent list of Certificateholders held by the Trustee. If such list is as of a date more than 90 days prior to the date of receipt of such applicants' request, the Trustee shall promptly request from the Certificate Registrar a current list of Certificateholdersas provided above, and shall afford such applicants access to such list promptly upon receipt. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, agrees with the Certificate Registrar or and the Owner Trustee that neither the Certificate Registrar nor the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorDepositor (and to the Owner Trustee, if the Owner Trustee is not the Certificate Registrar) within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor (or the Owner Trustee) in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor (or the Owner Trustee) may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If If, at such time, if any, as Definitive Certificates have been issued, if three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any none of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Servicer or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Owner Trustee, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders Certificateholders, and, to the extent requested, such list shall be as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 51a 25% Percentage Interest of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Owner Trustee, the Servicer, the Sponsor and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorIndenture Trustee immediately prior to each Payment Date, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall notify the Indenture Trustee of any change in the initial Holders of the Certificates. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Certificateholder, together evidencing Percentage Interests totaling not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)25%, apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSponsor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall also furnish to the Owner Trustee and the Certificate Paying Agent a copy of such list at any time there is a change therein. If (i) three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or (ii) one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Interest apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee or any Regular Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall also furnish to the Owner Trustee and the Paying Agent a copy of such list at any time there is a change therein. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, Depositor or Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, Depositor or the DepositorIndenture Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer Servicer, Depositor or the Depositor Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more CertificateholdersHolders of Certificates, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)Certificate Balance, apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorCompany, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorCompany, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor Company may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorCompany, the Company, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was is derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Master Servicer, the Depositor, Depositor or Owner Trustee within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Interest apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Trust Certificatesrelated Series Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Master Servicer, the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Delaware Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Delaware Trustee of a written request therefor therefore from the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, list in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarDelaware Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Delaware Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Upon receipt of any such application, the Delaware Trustee will promptly notify the Depositor by providing a copy of such application and a copy of the list of Certificateholders produced in response thereto. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Delaware Trustee accountable or liable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from form which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Master Servicer, the Insurer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Master Servicer, the Certificateholders, the Insurer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Master Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests percentage interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement hereunder or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any agrees with the Master Servicer, the Depositor and the Owner Trustee that none of the DepositorMaster Servicer, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Trust Collateral Agent, the DepositorServicer, the Board or the Seller, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Interest apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the books and records of the Certificate Registrar, in accordance with the policies of the Certificate Registrar, for the limited purpose of verifying the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee or any Regular Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Depositor or the DepositorOwner Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Depositor or the DepositorOwner Trustee, a list, in such form as the Servicer Depositor or the Depositor Owner Trustee, as the case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)Interest, apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders Certificateholders, with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Trust, the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositortherefor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record DateDate for payment of distributions to Certificateholders. If three or more CertificateholdersCertificateholders of a Class, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing holding not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests interests of the Trust Certificates Certificateholders as a whole (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees that none of the Servicer or the Owner Trustee, nor any agent thereof, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Servicer, the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee or the Administrator within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Interest apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Trust CertificatesSeries Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer or the Depositor and the Depositor, Representative within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor therefore from the Servicer or the DepositorRepresentative in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 51a Percentage Interest of 25% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Servicer, the Representative or the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorServicer, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Class A or Class B Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Voting Interests of the Trust Certificates thereof (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees with the Servicer and the Trustee that neither the Servicer nor the Trustee shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Insurer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Master Servicer and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Master Servicer, the Depositor or the DepositorIndenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates Interest (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants' interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall also furnish to the Owner Trustee and the Paying Agent a copy of such list at any time there is a change therein. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of evidenced by the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Paying Agent, the Depositor or the DepositorIndenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates Interest (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants' interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarDelaware Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Trust Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Delaware Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Upon receipt of any such application, the Delaware Trustee will promptly notify the Depositor by providing a copy of such application and a copy of the list of Certificateholders produced in response thereto. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Delaware Trustee accountable or liable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from form which such information was derived.

The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor and the DepositorTrustees, as the case may be, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or either Trustee, as the Depositorcase may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants’ interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Master Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Master Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Master Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Company, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Master Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) [ ] days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Master Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Master Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 51[ ]% of the Percentage Voting Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) [ ] Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived. In addition, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit the Certificate Registrar from providing information or documentation, including documentary evidence of identity, to the parties hereto or to any governmental agency requesting such pursuant to statute or regulation.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Master Servicer, the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee or the Administrator within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Interest apply in writing to the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement Agreement, under the Certificates of such Series or under the Trust CertificatesSeries Supplement and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Owner Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such Series. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Master Servicer, the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the DepositorInsurer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance then outstanding apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust CertificateCertificate or a beneficial interest therein, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Transfer Agent and Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer or the Paying Agent (or to the Trustee if the Trustee is not the Transfer Agent and the DepositorCertificate Registrar), within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Transfer Agent and Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Trustee or the DepositorPaying Agent in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date, in such form as the Servicer, the Trustee or the Paying Agent may reasonably require. If If, at such time, if any, as Definitive Certificates have been issued, three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing Holders of Certificates aggregating not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Pool Balance apply in writing to the Transfer Agent and Certificate Registrar (or the Trustee if the Trustee is acting as the Transfer Agent and Certificate Registrar), and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this the Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Transfer Agent and Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorServicer, the Trustee, the Transfer Agent and Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee any of their respective agents accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Owner Trustee, the Servicer, the Depositor and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorIndenture Trustee immediately prior to each Payment Date, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall notify the Indenture Trustee of any change in the initial Holders of the Certificates. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Certificateholder, together evidencing Percentage Interests totaling not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)25%, apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorin writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the all Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing Holders of Certificates aggregating not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of Class A Certificate Balance or the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)Class B Certificate Balance, apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders of their class with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application shall be accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford request from the Clearing Agency and make available to such Applicants Certificateholders access during normal business hours to the current list of CertificateholdersCertificateholders of such class. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of neither the Depositor, Servicer nor the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trust Collateral Agent, the Servicer or the Seller and, prior to the Class A Termination Date, the Class A Insurer and the DepositorBackup Insurer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Interest apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Certificate Registrar Servicer, the Class A Insurer, the Backup Insurer, the Trust Collateral Agent or the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (i) three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or (ii) one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates Interest (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants’ interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Master Servicer and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Master Servicer, the Depositor or the DepositorIndenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates Interest (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants’ interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Delaware Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Delaware Trustee of a written request therefor therefore from the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, list in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% twenty-five percent (25%) of the aggregate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarDelaware Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Trust Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Delaware Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Upon receipt of any such application, the Delaware Trustee will promptly notify the Depositor by providing a copy of such application and a copy of the list of Certificateholders produced in response thereto. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Delaware Trustee accountable or liable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from form which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 51a 25% Percentage Interest of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the DepositorSecurity Insurer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer the Owner Trustee or the Security Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. (a) The Certificate Registrar Depositor shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Trustee and the Indenture Trustee not more than five (5) days before each Distribution Date, and at such other times as the Trustee or the Indenture Trustee may request in writing, a list, in such form as the Trustee or the Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, to the extent such information is in the possession or control of the Depositor or any of its Paying Agents, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the Certificate Registrar, such list shall only be required to be furnished to the Indenture Trustee. If the Trustee is the Certificate Registrar, upon written request by the Depositor, the Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch request, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived. For purposes of any and all distributions to be made by the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture, the Indenture Trustee may assume that the Certificateholders are those Persons who last were identified to it as Certificateholders by the Certificate Registrar.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Administrator, the Certificate Paying Agent and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Administrator, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall also furnish to the Owner Trustee and the Certificate Paying Agent a copy of such list at any time there is a change therein. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Interest apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Seller or the DepositorOwner Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Seller or the DepositorOwner Trustee, a list, in such form as the Servicer Seller or the Depositor Owner Trustee, as the case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing Holders of Certificates representing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests Security Balance of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement the Basic Documents or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorIssuer, the Seller, the Holder of the Designated Certificate, the holder of the Holdback Amount, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to If the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by Trustee is not the Certificate Registrar of and at any time requests the Certificate Registrar in writing to provide a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of Certificateholders, the Certificateholders Certificate Registrar will furnish to the Trustee, within 15 days after receipt of a request, such list as of the most recent Record Date, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply a) request such information in writing to from the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and (b) state that such application states that the Applicants Certificateholders desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and (c) provide a copy of the communication which such Certificateholders propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such applicationrequest, afford such Applicants Certificateholders access during normal business hours to the most recent list held by the Trustee, if any. If such list is as of a date more than 90 days prior to the date of receipt of such Certificateholders' request, the Trustee shall promptly request from the Certificate Registrar a current list of Certificateholdersand shall afford such Certificateholders access to such list promptly upon its receipt by the Trustee. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, agrees that neither the Certificate Registrar or nor the Owner Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and addressany such information as to the list of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Owner Trustee, the Master Servicer, the Sponsor and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorIndenture Trustee immediately prior to each Payment Date, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall notify the Indenture Trustee of any change in the initial Holders of the Certificates. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Certificateholder, together evidencing Percentage Interests totaling not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)25%, apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSponsor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Servicer, the DepositorDepositor or the Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or the DepositorIndenture Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or the Depositor Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Indenture Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Trust Collateral Agent, the DepositorServicer, the Board or the Seller, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Indenture Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Interest apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarIndenture Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Indenture Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorSeller, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Trust Collateral Agent, the Owner Trustee or any Regular Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Representative, and the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Representative, or the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer Servicer, the Representative, or the Depositor Holder of the GP Interest may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Ownership Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the DepositorRepresentative, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Owner Trustee, or the Owner Trustee Bank accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor and either Trustee, as the Depositorcase may be, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or either Trustee, as the Depositorcase may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants’ interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates Interest (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit (which shall be deemed to be a purpose reasonably related to the Applicants’ interest in the Issuer), then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the Security Insurer, the Representative and the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Representative or the DepositorHolder of the GP Interest in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Ownership Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer the Owner Trustee or the Security Insurer or any agent thereof or the Representative accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorServicer, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Class A Certificates or Class B Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Voting Interests of the Trust Certificates of the related Class (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this the Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees with the Servicer and the Trustee that neither the Servicer nor the Trustee shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders under the Agreement, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Seller or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders, Holders or Owners of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders or Owners of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder or Owner, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or Servicer, the Owner Trustee or the Security Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Upon receipt of any such application, the Trustee shall promptly notify the Depositor by providing a copy of such application and a copy of the list of Certificateholders produced in response thereto. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. (a) The Certificate Registrar Depositor shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Trustee and the Indenture Trustee not more than five (5) days before each Distribution Date, and at such other times as the Trustee or the Indenture Trustee may request in writing, a list, in such form as the Trustee or the Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, to the extent such information is in the possession or control of the Depositor or any of its Paying Agents, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date; provided, however, that so long as the Trustee is the Certificate Registrar, such list shall only be required to be furnished to the Indenture Trustee. If the Trustee is the Certificate Registrar, upon written request by the Depositor, the Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch request, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Depositor or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived. For purposes of any and all distributions to be made by the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture, the Indenture Trustee may assume EXHIBIT 4.5 that the Certificateholders are those Persons who last were identified to it as Certificateholders by the Certificate Registrar.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Master Servicer, the Seller and the DepositorRepresentative, within fifteen (15) __ days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Master Servicer, the Seller or the DepositorRepresentative in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer Master Servicer, the Seller or the Depositor Representative may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar Seller or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 51a 25% Percentage Interest of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall Owner Trustee will maintain a list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders, and will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply a Certificateholder applies in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire applicant desires to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicant proposes to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shallOwner Trustee will, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicant access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall will be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorServicer, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders holders of Investor Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates any Class (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”), ") apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Investor Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Investor Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees with the Servicer and the Trustee that neither the Servicer nor the Trustee shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders under the Agreement, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Insurer, the Servicer and or the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer such Person in writing (or the Depositorsuch shorter period as may be specified in such request), a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Insurer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositortherefor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record DateDate for payment of distributions to Certificateholders. If Definitive Certificates have been issued and three or more CertificateholdersCertificateholders of a class, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates Certificate Principal Balance (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees that none of the Servicer or the Trustee, nor any agent thereof, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall maintain a list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders, and shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply a Certificateholder applies in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire applicant desires to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicant proposes to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicant access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Voting Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, [the Note Insurer] the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5151 % of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Administrator, the Certificate Paying Agent and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Administrator, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall also furnish to the Owner Trustee and the Paying Agent a copy of such list at any time there is a change therein. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Certificate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Interest apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Representative, the Note Insurer and the DepositorHolder of the Special Interest, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Representative, the Note Insurer or the DepositorHolder of the Special Interest in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer Servicer, the Representative, or the Depositor Holder of the Special Interest may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Ownership Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of either the DepositorRepresentative, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Note Insurer the Owner Trustee, or the Owner Trustee Bank accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and or the DepositorCertificate Insurer, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorCertificate Insurer in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor Certificate Insurer may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Investor Certificateholders evidencing whose aggregate Percentage Interests evidence not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)Interests, apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificatescertificates, and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders or shall itself cause such communication to be distributed to Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any none of the DepositorServicer, the Trustee or the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests percentage interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorCompany, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorCompany in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor Company may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record DateDate for payment of distributions to Certificateholders. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), "applicants") apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this 92 Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and is accompanied by a copy of the communication which such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the most recent list of Certificateholders held by the Trustee. If such list is as of a date more than 90 days prior to the date of receipt of such applicants' request, the Trustee shall promptly request from the Certificate Registrar a current list of Certificateholdersas provided above, and shall afford such applicants access to such list promptly upon receipt. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, agrees with the Certificate Registrar or and the Owner Trustee that neither the Certificate Registrar nor the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from [[a] [the] Servicer,] the Servicer Certificate Paying Agent or the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders holders of Class D Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorServicer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorServicer, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Class A, Class B or Class C Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Voting Interests of the Trust Certificates thereof (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access access, during normal business hours hours, to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, agrees with the Servicer and the Trustee that neither the Servicer nor the Trustee shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee held accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name any such information as to the names and addressaddresses of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Depositor or (unless an Insurer Default shall have occurred and be continuing) the DepositorInsurer, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Interest apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust CertificateCertificate or a beneficial interest therein, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee Insurer or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent and the Depositor, or to the Indenture Trustee, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Depositor, or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor requesting party may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. The Certificate Registrar shall also furnish to the Owner Trustee and the Paying Agent a copy of such list at any time there is a change therein. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the [Percentage Interests of evidenced by the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificates] [Certificate Balance] apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Owner Trustee, the Insurer, the Servicer and or the Depositor, within fifteen (15) __ days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorsuch Person in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Holders of Trust Certificates or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) ____ Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Servicer, the Insurer, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee or any agent thereof accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorRFS Holding, Inc., within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorRFS Holding, Inc. in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor RFS Holding, Inc. may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holder(s) of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Outstanding Ownership Amount apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application shall be accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Trustee shall cause the Certificate Registrar shallto, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorRFS Holding, Inc., the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to --------- the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If (i) three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or (ii) one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer or the Certificate Insurer (unless a Certificate Insurer Default shall have occurred and the Depositorbe continuing), within fifteen (15) days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorCertificate Insurer in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor Certificate Insurer may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Investor Certificateholders evidencing whose aggregate Percentage Interests evidence not less than 5125% of the aggregate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”)Investor Certificates, apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarTrustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders or shall itself cause such communication to be distributed to Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any none of the DepositorServicer, the Certificate Registrar Trustee or the Owner Trustee Certificate Xxxxxxxxx 00 accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor therefore from the Servicer or the DepositorDepositor in writing, a list, list in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing not less than 5125% of the aggregate Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Upon receipt of any such application, the Owner Trustee will promptly notify the Depositor by providing a copy of such application and a copy of the list of Certificateholders produced in response thereto. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable or liable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from form which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the DepositorDepositors (and to the Owner Trustee, if the Owner Trustee is not the Certificate Registrar) within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the DepositorDepositors (or the Owner Trustee) in writing, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor Depositors (or the Owner Trustee) may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If If, at such time, if any, as Definitive Certificates have been issued, if three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing representing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), Certificate Balance then outstanding apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any none of the DepositorDepositors, the Certificate Registrar Registrar, the Servicer or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Paying Agent, the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by no later than the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositorfifth Business Day following each Record Date, a list, in such form as the Paying Agent, the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), aggregate Certificate Balance apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this the Trust Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Upon receipt of any such application, the Owner Trustee will promptly notify the Depositor by providing a copy of such application and a copy of the list of Certificateholders produced in response thereto. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than 5125% of the Residual Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such application is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and Seller or the DepositorOwner Trustee, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a written request therefor from the Servicer Seller or the DepositorOwner Trustee, a list, in such form as the Servicer Seller or the Depositor Owner Trustee, as the case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, Certificateholders or one or more Certificateholders evidencing Holders of Certificates representing not less than 5125% of the Percentage Interests Security Balance of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicants”), apply in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicants applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement the Basic Documents or under the Trust CertificatesCertificates and such applica- tion is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such applicants propose to transmit, then the Certificate Registrar shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the DepositorIssuer, the Seller, the Holder of the Designated Certificate, the holder of the Holdback Amount, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Access to List of Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. The Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer and the Depositor, within fifteen (15) 15 days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee of a written request therefor from the Servicer or the Depositor, a list, in such form as the Servicer or the Depositor may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date. If three or more Certificateholders, or one or more Certificateholders Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than 51% of the Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “"Applicants”"), apply in writing to the Certificate RegistrarOwner Trustee, and such application states that the Applicants desire to communicate with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Trust Certificates, then the Certificate Registrar Owner Trustee shall, within five (5) Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such Applicants access during normal business hours to the current list of Certificateholders. Each CertificateholderHolder, by receiving and holding a Trust Certificate, shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold any of the Depositor, the Certificate Registrar or the Owner Trustee accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
