Access to Internet Banking. You will gain access to your Online Accounts through the use of your Internet-enabled device, your Internet Service Provider, your Access ID/Username and your Password. State Bank Internet Banking consists of an Online banking web site that provides a complete array of financial services. These services currently include the following: Internet Banking Services Online Banking Services:  Account inquiries, balances, rates  View detailed transactions  Two months of historical transactionsAccount transfers  Various bookkeeping servicesPayments to our loan accounts  Transaction Downloads  Online Periodic Statements, for eligible deposit accounts Optional BillPayment Services:  One-time payments  Occasional payments  Fixed recurring payments  Variable recurring payments Additional services may be available for Online Banking from time to time. By using these services when they are available, you agree to be bound by the rules made available to you concerning these services. Hours of Operation State Bank Internet Banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except during special maintenance periods. For purposes of transactions, State Bank's Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays as observed by State Bank. All Online Banking Service transactions executed after 8:00 p.m. on business days, and all transactions, which are requested on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays on which State Bank chooses to remain closed, will be processed on the next State Bank Business Day. Your Security Password You should strictly maintain the confidentiality of your User ID and Password for Online Banking services. To help prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of your accounts, your online session may end if there is no activity. This could protect you in case you accidentally leave your computer unattended after you logged on. When you return to your computer, you may be prompted to re-enter your password. In any event you agree to assume responsibility for all transactions accessed through your account up to the limits allowed by applicable law. If you believe your Password has been compromised, call State Bank immediately at 877.867.4218 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).   • Access to Internet Grantee must have Internet access. Internet access may be either dial-up or high-speed. Grantee must maintain, at a minimum, one business e-mail address that will be the primary receiving point for all e-mail correspondence from Grantor. Grantee may list additional e-mail addresses at any time during the Term of this Agreement. The additional addresses may be for a specific department or division of Grantee or for specific employees of Grantee. Grantee must notify Grantor of any e-mail address changes within five (5) business days from the effective date of the change.

  • Internet Banking service by means of which it is possible for the client to exercise various transactions posted by the Bank on the special web page of the bank xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx (without visiting the Bank), according to the regulations established by the Bank;

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:

  • Access to Information Systems Access, if any, to DXC’s Information Systems is granted solely to perform the Services under this Order, and is limited to those specific DXC Information Systems, time periods and personnel as are separately agreed to by DXC and Supplier from time to time. DXC may require Supplier’s employees, subcontractors or agents to sign individual agreements prior to access to DXC’s Information Systems. Use of DXC Information Systems during other time periods or by individuals not authorized by DXC is expressly prohibited. Access is subject to DXC business control and information protection policies, standards and guidelines as may be modified from time to time. Use of any other DXC Information Systems is expressly prohibited. For access outside of DXC premises, DXC will designate the specific network connections to be used to access Information Systems.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.
