Access to Infrastructure. 6.2.1 The Authority shall procure and provide the necessary infrastructure for the utilities identified in Clauses 4.2.1(iv), (v) and (vi) up to the boundary limits of the Site, at its own cost as a Condition Precedent subject to the conditions mentioned therein. For the avoidance of doubt, the Concessionaire shall be responsible for the maintenance of the infrastructure for electricity, water, telephone lines and all other utilities at the Site.
Access to Infrastructure. The Authority shall provide reasonable assistance to the Concessionaire in procuring access to water supply, power supply and sewerage network facility at the Site. Additionally, the Authority shall, where necessary, provide reasonable assistance in procuring necessary permits as per the Applicable Laws. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, it is expressly agreed that the Concessionaire shall be solely responsible for arranging the water supply, power supply and sewerage network facility including any permits required for such utilities, at its own cost.
Access to Infrastructure. To the extent commercially feasible, the Company shall endeavour to plan and develop all forms of infrastructure required to meet Exploration License obligations (including the infrastructure for electrical energy, process water, potable water, communications, and roads and transportation).

Access to Infrastructure. Subject to the following provisions, a Member or any representative of such Member shall be entitled to access and make use of the infrastructure and facilities that form part of the Nevada JV Assets for purposes of developing any Excluded Assets and/or carrying out closure obligations in respect of any Excluded Closure Properties owned by such Member:
Access to Infrastructure. To the extent commercial feasible, the Company shall endeavor to plan and develop all forms of infrastructure (including the infrastructure for electrical energy, process water, potable water, communications, and roads and transportation described in this Section 18.2) in ways that facilitates its shared use by others and its contribution to the sustainable social and economic development of the area in which it is located. The Company shall also endeavor to ensure that individuals from local communities are able to access Project infrastructure and services without being required to enter into a “user agreement” with the Company in relation to such access. All other users shall first enter into a user agreement with the Company.
Access to Infrastructure. All the teams selected for the incubation programme will have access to the FIWARE Lab Infrastructure. The FIWARE Lab infrastructure provides an enhanced OpenStack-based cloud environment plus a rich set of open standard APIs that make it easier to process and analyse Big Data and real-time media or incorporate advanced features for user interaction. FIWARE includes a set of open-source software technologies, the Generic Enabler (GEs), whose specifications are open (publicly and royalty-free). Each GE is associated to one or more Generic Enabler Implementations (GEi) which are platform products which implement a given GE specification. The ownership of all IPR created by the beneficiaries, via the DAPSI funding, will remain with them. Results are owned by the Party that generates them. The Sub- Grant Agreement will introduce provisions concerning joint ownership of the results of the sub-granted projects. This will be assessed and negotiated case by case.
Access to Infrastructure. Comments noted that mining companies should not be responsible for infrastructure development outside the mining area because this is not the mining company’s area of expertise. Other comments noted that shared use of infrastructure with the company can be dangerous and can lead to problems, such as a local communities’ excessive reliance on a relatively short-term mining project. Other comments strongly advocated for infrastructure to remain accessible to all parties.
Access to Infrastructure. Subject to terms in the Lease or the Comprehensive Agreement relating to a grant of exclusive rights to the SPE for a period of time, the SPE shall ensure that all qualified persons wishing to use the RCR, or SPE network infrastructure connected to the RCR as contemplated in the Implementation Plan, to provide Communication Service will have the opportunity to do so on fair and reasonable terms and prices, and that no person will be arbitrarily excluded from such access. The SPE will describe an equitable process ensuring fair price and access to RCR and SPE infrastructure, to be set forth in the Comprehensive Agreement, that addresses the evaluation and qualification of all solicited and unsolicited proposals received by the SPE and/or SNA seeking lit or unlit network access services for the purpose of providing Communication Services. The Comprehensive Agreement shall further provide for defined prices for access to dark fiber by institutional users, as well as community benefits intended both (i) to provide flexibility to the Authority to provide more timely and/or otherwise incentivized access to economic development prospects, and (ii) to provide preferential access to Communications Services to customers and community anchors in unserved, underserved, and historically disadvantaged areas of the Cities.
Access to Infrastructure. The parties agree to provide access to each other’s Raw Water Supply System and Treatment Facility at all reasonable times for inspection, education, and verification purposes.
