Access to Hosted Service. To the extent you purchase Hosted Service from an Agiloft authorized reseller and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the End User Order, you may access and use the Hosted Service as made available by Agiloft solely for your internal use. This Agreement provides only the foregoing limited right to access and use the Hosted Service, and no ownership rights are being conveyed to you under this Agreement. If you use any third party service with the Hosted Service, (a) you authorize Agiloft to provide the third party service with access to and use of your data, (b) Agiloft will not be responsible for any act or omission of the third party, including, without limitation, any third party’s use, disclosure, modification or deletion of your data, and (c) Agiloft does not warrant, and has no obligation to support, any service provided by the third party.

Access to Hosted Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Exhibit C and the Agreement and at Agiloft’s sole discretion, Agiloft will provide access to the Hosted Service to Services Partner at no cost. Agiloft grants Services Partner a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and internally use the Hosted Service solely for Services Partner’s (i) evaluation purposes, and (ii) non-production demonstration purposes to Prospects, all of the foregoing subject to any additional limitations set forth by Agiloft. Agiloft may terminate Services Partner’s access to the Hosted Service for any reason at any time.

  • Access to Customer Data You agree that we may, for the purposes of providing Maintenance and Customer Support and/or for the purpose of otherwise protecting the integrity of the Software, access and/or download your Customer Data on a limited basis.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.
