Access to Demo Account. In connection with Oracle’s provision of training hereunder, Oracle may provide attending Customer employees (“Training Users”) with temporary and limited access to the Service solely for such Training Users’ non-commercial use and receipt of training hereunder (“Demo Account”). Such Training Users’ access to the Demo Account shall be subject to the terms and conditions that appear upon the initial provisioning or use of the Demo Account (“Trial Account Agreement”). The Trial Account Agreement may also be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite/. By selecting “I Agree” and/or accessing or using the Demo Account enabled for Customer by Oracle, Customer and the Training Users agree to the terms of such Trial Account Agreement in connection with Customer’s use and the use by its Training Users of the Demo Account. Oracle has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support or updates with respect to Customer’s use of the Demo Account.

Suite Engine has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support or updates with respect to Customer’s use of the Demo Account.
Access to Demo Account. In connection with SCS’s provision of training hereunder, SCS may provide attending Customer employees (“Training Users”) with temporary and limited access to an SCS demo accounts solely for such Training Users’ non-commercial use and receipt of training hereunder (“Demo Account”). Such Training Users’ access to the Demo Account shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Demo Account service provider. SCS has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support or updates with respect to Customer’s use of the Demo Account. Demo Accounts are subject to the terms and conditions of the Demo Account service provider and may be rescinded, cancelled, purged of data, or erased at any time by the service provider. SCS is not held accountable for any loss of data, loss of service, or loss of configurations or customizations done within a Demo Account.

Access to Demo Account. CG2 may give Customer temporary access to a CG2 demo account to demonstrate iTPM functionality, test configurations, and/or for Customer’s User Acceptance Testing prior to publishing the iTPM managed bundle in Customer’s sandbox account. Customer agrees to adhere to all NetSuite terms and conditions for NetSuite accounts and demo accounts.

Point Systems has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support or updates with respect to Customer’s use of the Demo Account.

  • Access to Accounts By enrolling in the Mobile Banking service, you certify you are an owner, joint owner or custodian on the accounts represented in your enrollment. You understand that all owners of your accounts or anyone with whom you share your Access code or any access code will be an Authorized User, and that authority will be considered unlimited in amount and manner with full authority to perform all transactions relating to the stated accounts, until you notify the Credit Union, in writing of the revocation of such authority. You agree that you are and will remain fully responsible for any transactions made by such persons on your accounts except transactions that occur after the Credit Union has been notified of any revocation of authority and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon such notice.

  • Withdrawals from Accounts Amounts credited to the Certificate Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.07 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Lower Tier REMIC.
