ACCESS TO COUNTY FACILITIES. Contractor, its employees, and agents, may be granted access to County facilities, subject to Contractor’s prior notification to County Project Manager, for the purpose of executing Contractor’s obligations hereunder. Access to County facilities may be restricted to normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, County-observed holidays excepted. Access to County facilities outside of normal business hours must be approved in writing in advance by County Project Manager, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld. Contractor must have no tenancy, or any other property or other rights, in County facilities. While present at County facilities, Contractor’s personnel will be accompanied by County personnel at all times, unless this requirement is waived in writing prior to such event by County Project Manager.

Contractor shall have no tenancy, or any other property or other rights in County facilities. ACCESS TO COUNTY FACILITIES. In addition to those circumstances where this Agreement specifically permits or requires the presence of non-employee representatives of the Union at meetings with representatives of the Employer, additional access to County facilities or Departments for such non-employee Union representatives may be secured by obtaining prior permission from the Health Officer responsible for administering the Department where such access is sought. In requesting such permission, the representative shall designate the Union business under consideration. The Health Officer may grant access to the Union representative to visit the County facility or Department involved at a mutually agreeable time and date. Such access shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal conduct of business within any Department.
ACCESS TO COUNTY FACILITIES. Authorized representatives of CNA shall be permitted to enter County facilities at any time during operating hours to verify that the provisions of this Agreement are being observed. This access to work location will be granted with the prior approval of the Department head or designee. Such access shall not be unreasonably denied.
ACCESS TO COUNTY FACILITIES. Contractor shall have access to County facilities and County property reasonably necessary for Contractor to render services. Contractor shall adhere to general rules and procedures customary for the County facilities. Contractor shall use county facilities and property only for the performance of her services under this Agreement. Use of County facilities or properties for personal or other business use is prohibited. Property includes computers and associated computer infra-structure.
ACCESS TO COUNTY FACILITIES. While the Contractor retains the right to perform services at any time, the Contractor must obtain prior permission by the County for access to County facilities after the County's regular business hours.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:

  • Use of County Facilities County facilities may be made available for use by employees and the Union. Such use shall not occur during regular working hours other than the lunch period. Application for such use shall be made to the management person under whose control the facility is placed.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES Union may use City facilities, on prior approval, for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities can be made available, and to the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time. If the use of a facility requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, Union will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) for the facility.

  • Office Facilities During the Employment Period, the Company will furnish Executive, without charge, suitable office facilities for the purpose of performing his duties hereunder, which facilities shall include secretarial, telephone, clerical and support personnel and services and shall be similar to those furnished to employees of the Company having comparable positions.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • DAMAGE TO COUNTY FACILITIES, BUILDINGS OR GROUNDS 8.16.1 The Contractor shall repair, or cause to be repaired, at its own cost, any and all damage to County facilities, buildings, or grounds caused by the Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor. Such repairs shall be made immediately after the Contractor has become aware of such damage, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the occurrence.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.
