Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. At the request of the Master Servicer, the Servicer shall provide to the Master Servicer, the Office of Thrift Supervision, the FDIC and the supervisory agents and examiners of the Office of Thrift Supervision and the examiners of the FDIC, as appropriate, access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision or the FDIC, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer designated by it. The Servicer shall permit such representatives to photocopy any such documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at a charge reasonably approximating the cost of such photocopying to the Servicer.
