Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. The Servicer shall provide, and shall cause any Subservicer to provide, to the Trustee, access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans and REO Property and to the Certificateholders, the FDIC, and the supervisory agents and examiners of the FDIC (to which the Custodian and Trustee shall also provide) access to the documentation regarding the related Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer or the Subservicers that are designated by these entities; provided, however, that, unless otherwise required by law, the Servicer and any Subservicer shall not be required to provide access to such documentation if the provision thereof would violate the legal right to privacy of any Mortgagor; provided, further, however, that the Trustee shall coordinate its request for such access so as not to impose an unreasonable burden on, or cause an unreasonable interruption of, the business of the Servicer or any Subservicer. The Servicer, the Subservicers, the Trustee and the Custodian shall allow representatives of the above entities to photocopy any of the documentation and shall provide equipment for that purpose at a charge that covers their own actual out-of-pocket costs.
