Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall provide to the Trustee, Certificateholders which are regulated insurance entities and the applicable insurance regulatory agencies thereof, Certificateholders which are federally insured savings and loan associations, the Office of Thrift Supervision, the FDIC and the supervisory agents and examiners thereof access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision or of such insurance regulatory agencies, as the case may be, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Company. Nothing in this Section 3.14 shall derogate from the obligation of the Company to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of the Company to provide access as provided in this Section 3.14 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.14.
