Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Home Equity Loans. The Servicer shall provide to the Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Home Equity Loans and the Trust, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer designated by it. Upon any change in the format of the computer tape maintained by the Servicer in respect of the Home Equity Loans, the Servicer shall deliver a copy of such computer tape to the Trustee and in addition shall provide a copy of such computer tape to the Trustee at such other times as the Trustee may reasonably request.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Home Equity Loans. The Servicer shall provide to the Trustee, the Certificate Insurer, the FDIC and the supervisory agents and examiners of each of the foregoing (which, in the case of supervisory agents and examiners, may be required by applicable state and federal regulations) access to the documentation regarding the Home Equity Loans, such access being afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Servicer designated by it.

Nothing in this Section 3.12 shall derogate from the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 3.12 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.12.

Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors, and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
