Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Seller will grant Buyer and its authorized representatives access to its books and records, premises, products, former employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with its business relationships for purposes of enabling Buyer to fully investigate the Business.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, CET will grant BMTS and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and the Subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling BMTS to fully investigate the business of CET and the Subsidiaries. CET will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to BMTS within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, SKYLYNX will grant DCI and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and the Subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling DCI to fully investigate the business of SKYLYNX and the Subsidiaries. SKYLYNX will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to DCI within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Ikona will grant Oban and its authorized representatives reasonable access to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with Ikona's business relationships for purposes of enabling Oban to fully investigate the business of Ikona. Ikona will also deliver copies of its monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to its financial statements referred to in Section 6.6 to Oban within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, ADTECH will grant SKYLYNX and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with ADTECH's business relationships for purposes of enabling SKYLYNX to fully investigate the business of ADTECH.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, RJL will grant Guardian and its authorized representatives reasonable access to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with RJL's business relationships for purposes of enabling Guardian to fully investigate the business of RJL. RJL will also deliver copies of its monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to its financial statements referred to in Section 6.5 to Guardian within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, XFM will grant XML and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with XFM's business relationships for purposes of enabling XML to fully investigate the business of XFM.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Baltic will grant LynkTel and its authorized representatives reasonable access to its and its subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling LynkTel to fully investigate the business of Baltic and its subsidiaries. Baltic will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to LynkTel within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, the Acquiring Companies will grant OPI and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and its subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling OPI to fully investigate the business of the Acquiring Companies.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, MedClean will grant BMTS and their authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with MedClean's business relationships for purposes of enabling BMTS to fully investigate the business of MedClean.
