Access to and use of the Service Sample Clauses

Access to and use of the Service is contingent upon your acceptance of this Agreement. The Bank in its sole discretion, may restrict or deny your access to the Service until the Bank has determined that you have accepted or executed the applicable documentation and otherwise provided appropriate information and specifications for the use of the Service, and until the Bank has had a reasonable opportunity to receive and review the acceptance of this Agreement and activate the Service. In any event, you agree that your use of any Service shall, without any further action or execution or acceptance of any documentation, constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the Bank’s terms and conditions for the use of such Service as may be in effect as of the time of such usage, whether set forth in this Agreement or otherwise prescribed by the Bank. In order to activate the Service, you must have at least one account with us linked to the Service.

  • Access to and Use of Content Customer has the right to access and use applicable Content subject to the terms of applicable Order Forms, this Agreement and the Documentation.

  • Your Use of the Service 4.1 You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.

  • Your Use of the Services You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order.
