Access to Amenities. Tenant shall have access, in common with other tenants of the Landlord, to all amenities, services and facilities offered by Landlord at its discretion from time to time, which may include day-care centre, conference/meeting rooms, video conference centre, fitness centre and the golf course.
Access to Amenities. If the building has certain amenities — such as a gym, pool or on-site wellness center — that require additional monthly fees, renters may be able to negotiate for these to be included in the cost of monthly rent.   • Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables The Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. The Servicer shall provide such access to any Noteholder or Certificateholder only in such cases where a Noteholder or a Certificateholder is required by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at offices of the Servicer designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 4.03 shall derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 4.03 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 4.03.

  • Access to Premises Landlord, its agents, servants, or employees may enter the Premises at reasonable times with reasonable advance notice to Tenant (or an authorized employee of Tenant at the Premises), and at any time, upon reasonable notice to Tenant under the circumstances, in an emergency, to do the following: inspect the Premises; comply with all laws, orders, ordinances and requirements of any governmental unit or authority for which Landlord may be responsible under this Lease, if any; show the Premises to prospective lenders or purchasers and, during the ninety (90) days immediately prior to the expiration of this Lease if Tenant declines to renew for an additional term in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, to prospective tenants, but only if all such showings are accompanied by a representative of Tenant if so requested by Tenant; or post (on the Development, but not within or at the entrance of the Premises) for sale or for lease signs; provided; however, that all such entries shall be completed promptly in a good workmanlike manner so as to cause the least practical interference to Tenant’s business and Tenant’s use of the Premises. In all events, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the Premises and Tenant’s business operations thereon. If Landlord’s entry materially and substantially interferes with the conduct of Tenant’s business and/or cause damage to Tenant’s property (and the entry is not needed because of Tenant’s default, negligence or willful misconduct), then in such event the rent and any sums due and payable as additional rents, shall xxxxx in proportion to the extent of the interference and Landlord shall be liable for any damage to Tenant’s property.

  • Access Rights Upon reasonable notice and supervision by the Granting Party, and subject to any required or necessary regulatory approvals, either the Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer (“Granting Party”) shall furnish to the other of those two Parties (“Access Party”) at no cost any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements with respect to lands owned or controlled by the Granting Party, its agents (if allowed under the applicable agency agreement), or any Affiliate, that are necessary to enable the Access Party to obtain ingress and egress at the Point of Interconnection to construct, operate, maintain, repair, test (or witness testing), inspect, replace or remove facilities and equipment to: (i) interconnect the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System; (ii) operate and maintain the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities and the New York State Transmission System; and (iii) disconnect or remove the Access Party’s facilities and equipment upon termination of this Agreement. In exercising such licenses, rights of way and easements, the Access Party shall not unreasonably disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Granting Party’s business and shall adhere to the safety rules and procedures established in advance, as may be changed from time to time, by the Granting Party and provided to the Access Party. The Access Party shall indemnify the Granting Party against all claims of injury or damage from third parties resulting from the exercise of the access rights provided for herein.

  • Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Trust Collateral Agent reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables.   • Access to Certain Documentation and Information The Trustee shall provide the related Certificateholders or Certificate Owners with access to a copy of each report, if any, received by it as holder of the Deposited Underlying Certificates under the Underlying Agreement. The Trustee shall also provide the Depositor and the Underlying Certificate Seller with access to any such report and to all written reports, documents and records required to be maintained by the Trustee in respect of its duties hereunder. Such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request evidenced by prior written notice received by the Trustee two Business Days prior to the date of such proposed access and during normal business hours at offices designated by the Trustee.
