Access Service is a service that connects interexchange carriers to their End Users located within a local access and transport area (LATA). Access service is used in originating and terminating intraLATA/interLATA toll telecommunications.
Access Service to withdraw an Access Service (unless a different notice period is set out in the relevant Part of the relevant Schedule, in which case that notice period shall take precedence);
Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay affixed monthly recurring charge of $3,340 and a non-recurring charge of $0 for OC-3 Access Service at 1 CLLI code mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. A 1 year term applies.
Access Service. Company will waive all PRI D channel charges associated with ISDN dedicated access. Customer Provided Access: Company will waive the NCC charge associated with Customer Provided Access at the Colocation site at 1 NPA NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Access Service. It supports a harvesting-based information gathering, as well as indexing and storage of the gathered information. Indexers will be used to solve user queries.
Access Service. The Access Service will be regarded as “Available” if it is accessible and usable by the End Users. Sprint will ensure the Availability of the Access Service for not less than 99.99% of the time, such percentage to be calculated as follows:
Access Service. 3.3.1. To use the Platform the Client shall create an account on the Platform by providing the true and accurate information determined by the Contractor through the Registration.
Access Service. Company will waive the D-Channel PRI T-1 Access Service charges for the Term. Inbound and Enhanced Call Router Services – Monthly Recurring Charge Waiver: Company shall waive Company Inbound Service monthly recurring feature charges and the following monthly recurring charges associated with Enhanced Call Router Service elements: (i) the per application charge; (ii) monthly reports; (iii) remote audio updates. Installation Waiver: Company will waive the one-time installation charges associated with the implementation of Services within the 48 contiguous States of the U.S. provided under the Agreement, except for the following services: (i) eDSL, (ii) VPN, (iii) Internet Dedicated, (iv) PTT/third party services (including International Access and Company International), (v) Data Center, (vi) Paging, (vii) Managed Services and (viii) CPE Usage charges, monthly recurring charges, expedite charges, change charges, surcharges, any charges imposed by third parties (including access, egress, jack, or wiring charges), taxes or tax-like surcharges, or other Governmental Charges will not be waived. CAC Fees: Company will waive Carrier Access Charges, if any, applicable to the Services provided under the Agreement. Interstate Inbound Voice Service Feature Charges: Company will waive the following Interstate Inbound Voice Service Feature Charges for the Term: Network Call Redirect (all charges) Holiday Routing (all charges) DNIS (all charges) Combine Feature Package (both NRCs and MRCs)
Access Service. 4.1 Subject to clauses 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 and Interconnection Service being provided in accordance with clause 3 and the Interconnecting Carrier's compliance with a Service Ordering Procedure, the Access Carrier will provide the agreed Access Service in accordance with the agreed provisioning procedure, as set out in the relevant Manual. ------------------------ * Confidential portion has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
Access Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $686 to $3,500 and for DS-3 Access Service at 32 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
