The use of personal email accounts to support emergency messaging through IPAWS-OPEN is prohibited. • Upon approval of the MOA by FEMA, a COG account with COGID and Digital Certificate will be created and issued to the designated technical representative. All individuals with knowledge of these credentials must not share or alter these authentication mechanisms without explicit approval from IPAWS. • Every interoperable system user is responsible for remote access security as it relates to their use of IPAWS-OPEN and shall abide by these Rules of Behavior.

Access Security. 5.1 Access privileges for all IT Systems is determined on the basis of employee levels of authority within Bitrix24 Company organization structure and the requirements of their job roles. The driver shall immediately inform Distributor’s Customer Service and the Store manager of such problem. The [****] charge will not be waived if the driver fails to timely notify such parties. If a Store experiences theft, burglary, vandalism or other loss as a result of a driver’s failure to secure a Store, Distributor will be liable for any resulting losses or damages to person or property.

Access Security. 1. Tenant shall not place any additional lock or locks on any exterior door in the Premises or Building or on any door in the Building core within the Premises, including doors providing access to the telephone and electric closets and the slop sink, without Laxxxxxx’s prior written consent. A reasonable number of keys to the locks on the doors in the Premises shall be furnished by Landlord to Tenant at the cost of Tenant, and Tenant shall not have any duplicate keys made. All keys shall be returned to Landlord at the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
Access Security. Tenant shall have the right to install a security system in, on or about the Premises at its own expense and cost, including without limitation the right to install a key card access system, provided that Landlord shall be provided a working access key at all time and shall otherwise have access to the Premises at all times in the event of emergency. Landlord shall have no obligation to provide any security whatsoever for the Building, the Premises, the Project and/or Tenant's business therein. Tenant agrees that it shall provide and be solely responsible for its own security, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, as may be required for the operation of Tenant's business within the Premises, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant and its employees, contractors, agents or invitees for losses due to theft or burglary, or for damages done by unauthorized persons in the Premises, the Building, any parking facility, or the Project or for any death, injury, or other harm to any person, and Landlord shall not be required to insure against any such losses. Tenant shall be responsible for all repairs and replacements of damage and/or destruction of the Premises necessitated by burglary or attempted burglary, or any other illegal or forcible entry into the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, but will not be required to, adopt and provide security services for the Project from time to time, as part of Operating Expenses. Tenant shall cooperate fully in any efforts of Landlord to maintain security in the Project and shall follow all rules and regulations promulgated by Landlord with respect thereto. However, any security services that are voluntarily undertaken by Landlord may be changed or discontinued from time to time in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion, without liability to any Tenant and its employees, agents or invitees. Tenant and its employees, contractors, agents and invitees waive any claims they may have against Landlord arising out of any security services provided by Landlord, or the inadequacy or absence thereof, specifically including Landlord's negligence with respect to the provisio or failure to provide such services.
Access Security. When enrolled to receive Services you will utilize Access Credentials you establish. The Access Credentials can be used to view Account information, transfer and withdraw funds, and otherwise access the Account utilizing the Services. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of the Access Credentials and for any transactions authorized using the Access Credentials. Bank is not liable for any losses causes by the improper or negligent maintenance of secure information or the actions of a third party as a result of unauthorized use of Access Credentials; you are responsible for all transactions conducted using the Access Credentials. Bank is entitled to act upon Instructions received through any Service under the applicable Access Credentials without inquiring into the identity of the person using the Access Credentials or the validity of the transaction. Neither Bank nor its employees will ask for your Access Credentials. You hereby indemnify and release Bank from any and all liability and agree not to make any claim against Bank or bring any action against Bank for honoring or allowing any actions or transactions where the proper Access Credentials are utilized. You assume all liability and responsibility to monitor the Accounts and must immediately notify Bank if you discover or suspect an objectionable or unauthorized transaction or activity in an Account. You may at any time ask Bank to disable your Access Credentials and issue new Access Credentials to you.
