Common use of Access Roads Clause in Contracts

Access Roads. All roads and other accesses necessary for the Construction of the Improvements and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority, or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower or such Governmental Authority to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the Completion of Construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Project Schedule.

Access Roads. All roads and other accesses access necessary for the Construction construction and full utilization of the Improvements and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority, Public Authorities or have been dedicated (or will be dedicated) to public use and has been or will be accepted by such Governmental Authority Public Authorities or have been or will be created by recorded easement and all necessary steps have been taken or will be taken by Borrower or such Governmental Authority Public Authorities to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure time no later than the Completion of Construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Project ScheduleDate.

All roads and other accesses necessary for the Construction of the Improvements and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been or shall be completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been acquired or shall be provided by the Army or appropriate Governmental Authority, or have been or shall be dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower the Army or such Governmental Authority to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the Completion of Construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Project ScheduleAuthority.

All roads and other accesses necessary for the Construction of the Improvements and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority, or have been or will be, as and when required for the completion and use of the Improvements, dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by the Borrower or such Governmental Authority to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the Completion of Construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Project Schedule.

Access Roads. All roads and other accesses access necessary for the Construction construction and eventual full utilization of the Improvements and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been acquired platted and approved by the appropriate Governmental Authority, or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower or such Governmental Authority to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the Completion of Construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Project Schedulegovernmental authorities.
