Common use of Access Provided Clause in Contracts

Access Provided. The equipment provided by Star Communications will allow Customers to access the Internet, online services and other information. Customer acknowledges that Customer may incur charges while using the Service in addition to those billed by Star Communications. Customer agrees and understands that all such charges, including all applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of Customer.
