Access Lists. Landlord shall require each Datacenter Tenant (defined below) to provide an access list (as updated and/or modified from time to time by the applicable Datacenter Tenant, a “Datacenter Tenant Access List”) designating employees of such Datacenter Tenant that are permitted to enter the Datacenter. Each employee designated by each Datacenter Tenant on each Datacenter Tenant Access List shall receive a security authorization (an “Access Authorization”). If any person seeking to gain access to the Datacenter (other than any Landlord Party) is not on a current Datacenter Tenant Access List, then such person shall be refused access to the Datacenter; provided that so long as an employee or representative of any Datacenter Tenant has escort authorization as specifically indicated on a current Datacenter Tenant Access List, such employee or representative of a Datacenter Tenant may escort any visitor including, without limitation, any vendor, supplier, partner, customer or visitor of the applicable Datacenter Tenant that is not on a Datacenter Tenant Access List to and/or within the Datacenter. In no event shall Landlord permit any representative or employee of any Datacenter Tenant that does not have escort authorization to escort any person that is not on a Datacenter Tenant Access List to and/or within the Datacenter. “Datacenter Tenant” means a tenant of the Datacenter (including Tenant).

Access Lists. The HSP shall develop a daily list of authorized personnel, vehicles and vessels that may have access to the ship area. This list will be given to the ship’s FP officers, security guards, and HSP employees and subcontractor employees as required. For individuals, the list will include their full name, identification number, company, time and duration of visit, and purpose of their work. For vehicles, the list will include a description of the vehicle, license plate number, driver’s name, time and duration of visit, and purpose of their work. For vessels, the list shall include the master’s name, vessel name, type, color, time and duration of visit, and purpose of their work.
Access Lists. Upon Interim Acceptance in accordance with section 2.4.2 or Final Acceptance in accordance with section 2.4.3 whichever occurs first, Commerce One agrees to provide: (a) contact names at GMPs and enterprise customers on an ongoing basis; (b) a general letter of endorsement from Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, EVP of Marketing and Business Development; and (c) on-going sales contact information, by geography.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent.   • Customer Identification Program (A) To assist the Fund in complying with requirements regarding a customer identification program in accordance with applicable regulations promulgated by U.S. Department of Treasury under Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act (“CIP Regulations”), BNYM will do the following:

  • Access to List of Holders' Names and Addresses Each Holder and each Owner shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold the Depositor, the Property Trustee, the Delaware Trustee or the Administrative Trustees accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

  • Access to Review Materials The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the review notice in one or more of the following ways in the Servicer’s reasonable discretion: (i) by electronic posting of Review Materials to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (ii) by providing originals or photocopies of documents relating to the Subject Receivables at one of the properties of the Servicer or (iii) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may redact or remove PII from the Review Materials so long as all information in the Review Materials necessary for the Asset Representations Reviewer to complete the Asset Review remains intact and unchanged.

  • Customer Identification Program Notice To help the U.S. government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, U.S. Federal law requires each financial institution to obtain, verify, and record certain information that identifies each person who initially opens an account with that financial institution on or after October 1, 2003. Certain of PNC’s affiliates are financial institutions, and PNC may, as a matter of policy, request (or may have already requested) the Fund’s name, address and taxpayer identification number or other government-issued identification number, and, if such party is a natural person, that party’s date of birth. PNC may also ask (and may have already asked) for additional identifying information, and PNC may take steps (and may have already taken steps) to verify the authenticity and accuracy of these data elements.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.
