Access Fee. As partial consideration for the rights granted hereunder and the obligations undertaken herein, XOMA shall pay Alexion One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) on the Effective Date. Such payment shall be made in cash by wire transfer to the bank account designated by Alexion in writing.
Access Fee. The Entrant must pay to the Land Owner the access fee or any other fee provided for in the Schedule A, in the manner specified in Schedule A.
Access Fee. Authorized User, as consideration for the use and occupancy of the Premises, shall pay an access fee to the District in the amount of ONE DOLLAR AND ZERO CENTS ($1.00) for the Term. Authorized User shall tender payment-in-full of this Access Fee by personally delivering or mailing it to the District at 000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx Xxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, 00000. Authorized User shall tender payment of the access fee to the District prior to utilizing the Premises.
Access Fee. In the event that any File is or becomes an Excluded File, Firm shall pay to Provider a fee for the Firm’s use of Provider Intellectual Property in conjunction with the handling and processing of said File(s) (the “Access Fee”), consistent with the terms of this Article VII and as set forth in the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C. With respect to Files that become Excluded Files after work has been started on the Files, the Access Fee shall be based upon the percentage of Services required to be rendered with respect to such Excluded File following the date the File is designated as an Excluded File. Following the termination of this Agreement, Firm shall pay the Provider the Access Fee or the applicable percentage thereof pursuant to this Section 7.3.4 of this Agreement, for any File of Firm with respect to which Firm uses Provider Intellectual Property pursuant to the license set forth in Section 14.3 to the extent Firm has not or will not pay a full Service Fee for such File or has not paid a full Access Fee for such File. The Access Fee was mutually established by the Parties and represents a reasonable market rate for the benefits provided.
Access Fee. If Contracted Provider savings are available from a Host Blue, BCBSNE may be charged a fee for Covered Persons to access the Host Blue's Contracting Provider network. The Access Fee is a percentage of the discount the Host Blue has made available to BCBSNE, but not to exceed $2,000 for any claim. The provider has agreed not to xxxx Covered Persons for amounts in excess of the Contracted Amount, but may xxxx them for Deductibles, Coinsurance and amounts for Noncovered Services. The amount of this fee or any credits will be used in the computation of "Net Paid Claims" as it relates to THE GROUP’S profit-sharing agreement. Instances may occur when none of a claim or only a small amount of the claim is paid due to the application of the Covered Person's Deductible, Coinsurance or Copayment. If the Host Blue's arrangement with the provider allows the Contracted Amount to apply when the amount is fully or mostly a Covered Person's obligation, the Access Fee will be paid as a claims expense under Net Paid Claims. This process allows the benefit of the discounted amount to be passed through to the Covered Person.
Access Fee. Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, Elanco shall pay Intrexon a non-refundable, non-creditable, one-time technology access fee in the amount of [*****].

This process allows the benefit of the discounted amount to be passed through to the Covered Person. The Access Fee is indicated on Attachment 1, Section B. 1. a.
Access Fee. 5.1 The Customer shall be liable to pay the Access Fee to the Supplier in respect of the Access Period.
Access Fee. In consideration of the right to receive Service(s) granted in Section 1.1 and Exhibit A, Customer shall pay the access fees, including any taxes, specified in the Subscription Order Form Specifications. Adaptamed shall invoice Customer for all amounts payable and Customer shall pay via auto debit. Customer shall reimburse Adaptamed for all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) incurred by Adaptamed in collecting past due. Texas Prompt Payment Act Compliance: Payment for goods and services shall be governed by Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code. An invoice shall be deemed overdue the 31st day after the later of (1) the date Customer receives the goods under the contract; (2) the date the performance of the service under the contract is completed; or (3) the date the Xxxxxxxxxx County Auditor receives an invoice for the goods or services. Interest charges for any overdue payments shall be paid by Customer in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2251.025. More specifically, the rate of interest that shall accrue on a late payment is the rate in effect on September 1 of Customer’s fiscal year in which the payment becomes due. The said rate in effect on September 1 shall be equal to the sum of one percent (1%); and (2) the prime rate published in the Wall Street Journal on the first day of July of the preceding fiscal year that does not fall on a Saturday or Sunday.
Access Fee. Upon execution of this Agreement and as a condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement, Lessee shall pay to Lessor as a fee in connection with the access and other rights provided in this Agreement for the benefit of Lessee the sum of $100,000. This fee shall be unconditionally and absolutely earned upon execution of this Agreement by Lessor and Lessee and shall be unconditionally payable to Lessor The fee shall be paid in the following installments: (i) $50,000 in immediately available funds to be paid on January 15, 1997; (ii) the balance of $50,000 shall be payable in immediately available funds within fourteen (14) days following written notice given by Lessor to Lessee that the occupancy rate in connection with the Project has achieved a minimum of 65%.
