ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION. In order to increase access and participation of people from under-represented groups, and in particular people from low SES and regional backgrounds, the University has developed a number of outreach programmes and initiatives detailed below. . Consultation is undertaken with the ACT Education Department and Training Directorate and the NSW Department of Education and Communities regarding these programmes and the appropriate schools in which to deliver such programmes.

Home Builder acknowledges its intent to install EEM using Program incentives and agrees that any EEM received directly will be installed within 90 days of receipt. If Home Builder is a tenant, Home Builder represents that by signing this document they have obtained the property owner’s permission to install EEM under this Agreement. Home Builder agrees not to use the name or identifying characteristics of Sponsor or its contractors for any advertising, sales promotion, or other publicity of any kind. Home Builder also confirms that it has not and will not receive rebates, incentives or services for any measures installed under this Program from another program funded by Sponsor. The Program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and this Agreement is subject to modifications by Sponsor.

Customer acknowledges its intent to have LCSs installed. Customer agrees to allow I&M and Contractor to access its facilities, energy use and cost information for the purposes of implementing this Agreement. If Customer is a tenant, Customer represents that by signing this document he or she has obtained the property owner’s permission to install LCSs under this Agreement. Customer agrees not to use the name or identifying characteristics of I&M or its contractors for any advertising, sales promotion, or other publicity of any kind. Customer agrees to participate in the Program for at least twelve (12) months. Customer also confirms that it has not and will not enroll in a conflicting demand response or direct load control program with I&M that effects its use of the residential central air conditioner. The Program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and this Agreement is subject to modifications by I&M. Customer agrees that its participation in the Program does not guarantee any bill credits or other benefits to Customer.

The Program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and this Agreement is subject to modifications by I&M. Customer agrees to participate in the full duration of the pilot which is scheduled to run through the summer season 2022.

Participant acknowledges its intent to have smart thermostat(s) installed in Participant’s home. Participant agrees to allow KUB, TVA, and Contractor access to its home, energy use, and energy cost information for the purposes of implementing the Pilot and this Agreement. If Participant is a tenant, Participant represents that by signing this Agreement it has obtained the property owner or landlord’s permission to install smart thermostat(s) in the home as part of the Pilot. Participant agrees not to use the name or identifying characteristics of KUB, TVA, or its contractors for any advertising, sales promotion, or other publicity of any kind. The Pilot may be modified or terminated by TVA without prior notice, and this Agreement is subject to modifications at any time by TVA.
