Acceptance Test Plan. The Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) is the plan in a Project Agreement or Motorola Quotation for testing a new System or System Expansion. Acceptance Test Plan. During the construction phase of the program, RF engineering will prepare a detailed Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) which will include proposed drive route(s), RF parameters to be measured for Acceptance, and test methods to verify that the installed cell sites meet the design objectives.
