Common use of Acceptance Procedure Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Procedure. (a) The Lessor hereby authorizes one or more employees of the Lessee, to be designated by the Lessee, as the authorized representative or representatives of the Lessor to accept delivery on behalf of the Lessor of the Property identified on the Acquisition Request or an Equipment Schedule.
