Acceptance of Trusts and Duties. Except as otherwise provided in this Article VI, in accepting the trusts hereby created, BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware acts solely as Owner Trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Basic Document shall look only to the Owner Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof. The Owner Trustee shall not be liable or accountable hereunder or under any other Basic Document under any circumstances, except (i) for its own negligent action, its own negligent failure to act or its own willful misconduct or (ii) in the case of the inaccuracy of any representation or warranty contained in Section 6.6 and expressly made by the Owner Trustee. In particular, but not by way of limitation (and subject to the exceptions set forth in the preceding sentence):

Acceptance of Trusts and Duties.
