Common use of Acceptance of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of the Premises. Tenant hereby accepts the Premises in the condition existing as of the date hereof. Tenant hereby agrees that the Premises are in a good and tenantable condition and acknowledges that it has inspected the Premises and common areas of the Airport to its satisfaction and acknowledges that Landlord is not obligated to make any repairs or alterations to the Premises or common areas.
