Common use of Acceptance of Subscription Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKER. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager Company accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for and the benefit of Series #TICKERSelling Shareholders, as applicable (less any Offering Expenses as defined in the Offering Circular). The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager Company this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Interests Class B Stock to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member shareholder of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (Company’s Charter and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein)Bylaws.

Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Sweet Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company Series shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and a Joinder to the Operating Agreement (the “Joinder”) and shall cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERSeries. The Company Series shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company Series shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Interests Units to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser or custodial agent for the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s Series’ execution and delivery of this Subscription Agreement and the Joinder, and Purchaser’s satisfaction of all other conditions provided for herein and in the Operating Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the CompanySeries, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKER82AB1. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER 82AB1 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER [*] Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKER91GS1. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER 91GS1 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKER72FG1. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER 72FG1 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERCollection Drop 001. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Collection Drop 001 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 025. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 025 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKER69BM1 (less any Offering Expenses as defined in the Offering Circular). Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Cityfunds I Series #TICKER[Name of Series]. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER [Name of Series] Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERFL01, a series of Fundhomes I, LLC. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER FL01 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager General Partner accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company Partnership shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for Partnership (less any Offering Expenses as defined in the benefit of Series #TICKEROffering Circular). The Company Partnership shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company Partnership shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager General Partner this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Interests Class RA Interest to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the CompanyPartnership’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the CompanyPartnership, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating LP Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager General Partner the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Vestible Assets, LLC, Series #TICKER[____]. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Fintor Assets, LLC, Series #TICKERAlpha. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Alpha Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 036. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 036 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 070. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 070 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Collection Drop 009 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 044. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 039. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 039 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 107. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 107 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 100. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 100 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 064. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 064 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 092. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 092 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 052. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 052 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 029. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, by the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Casa Shares Series #TICKER[*]. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 099 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Arrived Homes Series #TICKERXxxxxx LLC. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Xxxxxx Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 013. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 122. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 122 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 058. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 058 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Subscription Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Interests Common Shares to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to to, and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKER02BZ1. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER 02BZ1 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Acceptance of Subscription. At the Closing, if the Manager accepts this subscription in whole or in part, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser a counterpart executed copy of this Subscription Agreement and cause the Escrow Agent to release the Subscription Price (or applicable portion thereof if such subscription is only accepted in part) to the Company for the benefit of Series #TICKERGallery Drop 041. The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 041 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER VV-_____ Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

The Company shall have no obligation hereunder until the Company shall execute and deliver to the Purchaser an executed copy of this Subscription Agreement, and until the Purchaser shall have executed and delivered to the Manager this Subscription Agreement and a substitute Form W-9 (if applicable) and shall have deposited the Purchase Price in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Collection Drop 010 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).

The Purchaser understands and agrees that this subscription is made subject to the condition that the Series #TICKER Gallery Drop 109 Interests to be issued and delivered on account of this subscription will be issued only in the name of and delivered only to the Purchaser. Effective upon the Company’s execution of this Subscription Agreement, the Purchaser shall be a member of the Company, and the Purchaser agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Purchaser were a party to it (and grants to the Manager the power of attorney described therein).
