Acceptance of Funds. Borrower’s acceptance of the Loan Proceeds under the Loan Documents will be deemed to constitute a representation and warranty to the Bank that: (a) there has been no material adverse change in Borrower’s financial condition; (b) no Default has occurred; and (c) there is no litigation pending or threatened against Borrower which would adversely affect its financial condition.
Acceptance of Funds. The Department will obtain all requisite final approvals, including as appropriate by the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) and/or Commission, to accept capital campaign donations from the Foundation to the extent required by the San Francisco Administrative Code or other applicable law. The Foundation will attend any Board or Commission hearings regarding the acceptance of donations, if required.
Acceptance of Funds. Provider agrees that evidence of credit to the proper account by Xxxxx’s bank pursuant to an EFT is sufficient to show acceptance of medical assistance payments under the NH Title XIX Program. Provider certifies by such acceptance that Provider presented the claims for the services shown on the Remittance Advice issued by the Department, and that the services were rendered by or under the supervision of Provider. Provider understands that payment will be from Federal and State funds, and that any falsification or concealment of a material fact may be prosecuted under Federal and State laws.

The Planning Commission may, with the consent of the governing body, accept and utilize any funds, personnel, or other assistance made available by the county, the commonwealth, or the federal government or any of their agencies or from private sources. The governing body may enter into agreements or contracts regarding the acceptance or utilization of the funds or assistance in accordance with the governmental procedures of the municipality.

Acceptance of Funds. RPD will obtain City authorization to accept and expend cash and in- kind grants from SFPA to the extent required by the San Francisco Administrative Code or other applicable law. Upon the reasonable request of RPD, SFPA will attend any meetings regarding the City acceptance of these funds as needed to provide support for the joint projects that will be funded with Annual Support funds.
