Common use of Acceptance of Agency Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Agency. The Warrant Agent xxxxxx accepts the agency in this Indenture declared and provided for and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and agrees to hold all rights, interests and benefits herein on behalf of those persons who become holders of Warrants from time to time under this Indenture, unless and until discharged therefrom by resignation or in some other lawful way.

Acceptance of Agency. ‌ The Warrant Agent xxxxxx hereby accepts the agency in this Indenture declared and provided for and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions herein set forth and agrees to hold all rights, interests and benefits herein on behalf of those persons who become holders of Warrants from time to time under this Indenture, unless and until discharged therefrom by resignation or in some other lawful way.
