Acceptance Inspection. The Insurable Crop may be subject to an acceptance inspection and AFSC may, at its discretion, accept or reject insurance coverage.

Product will be subjected to Buyer Counterfeit Mitigation Testing which includes as applicable/or required: External Visual Inspection • Dimensional • Resistance to Solvents • Electrical Testing • Radiological (X-Ray) Inspection • Programming Testing • Delid/Decapsulation Internal Analysis (destructive) • Solderability Testing (destructive). Goods rejected by Buyer as non-conforming to the purchase order or goods specifications, whether provided by Seller or the manufacturer, may be returned to Seller at Seller’s risk and expense and, at Buyer’s request, shall immediately be replaced, purchase price refunded, or credit given, at the option of Buyer. Buyer or its customer reserve the right to designate requirements for test, inspection and verification (including production process verification), including the use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization. Seller should be prepared to provide inspection/verification, investigation, or auditing documents.
Acceptance Inspection. Buyer hereby issues Technical Acceptance of the Engine in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and Buyer’s delivery on the Closing Date of the Acceptance Certificate will evidence Buyer’s acceptance of Delivery of the Engine in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Acceptance Certificate and of this Agreement.
Acceptance Inspection. The basis for acceptance of the Products on this order shall be full conformance to the drawings, specifications and test criteria as stated on Netrx'x xxxumentation provided to Supplier. Supplier will satisfactorily meet a minimum of IPC610 Class II quality standard for all Products. Netrx xx its customers may elect to source inspect Products and/or test data and results before delivery from Supplier. Netrx xxxt accompany Netrx xxxtomers while at Supplier's facilities. Supplier will provide reasonable space for the source inspector. Supplier will provide Netrx xxxe (5) working days advance notice of Product availability for source inspection and Netrx xxxees to source inspect said Products within five (5) working days after such notification. When Netrx xxxcts to perform source inspection at Supplier's facility, final acceptance shall occur at the time of source inspector's acceptance of Product, provided however, that the mere review by Netrx xx performance data, test results and manufacturing processes and consultation with Supplier's employees by Netrx xxxarding such information shall not be deemed to be a Source Inspection hereunder. Netrx xxx elect to inspect delivered Products one hundred per cent (100%) or on a sampling basis. Any lot failing to meet the mutually agreed upon sample inspection lot rejection criteria may be returned to Supplier for one hundred per cent (100%) inspection, at Supplier's expense, if so desired by Netrx. Xxtrx xxxl notify Supplier of rejection of any Products in writing within two (2) working days after rejection. Supplier may elect to have the Products returned to them for evaluation, or with Netrx'x xxxcurrence, have Netrx xxxair the Product at Supplier's pre-approved cost. Any Products returned to Supplier shall be handled per Supplier's Returned Material Authorization procedure. Products returned to Supplier for evaluation and/or repair shall be repaired or replaced by Supplier within ten (10) working days of receipt unless required by Netrx xx meet Netrx'x xxxthly shipment commitments. In that event, the Supplier will utilize available resources, including finished goods inventory, overtime labor, etc. to expedite and complete the timely delivery of Products at Supplier's expense.
Acceptance Inspection. 4.1 ORGANON shall, immediately after its receipt of the delivered Product, confirm the quantity and packaging condition. If deemed necessary by ORGANON or Supplier, an acceptance inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the inspection method and inspection standards previously prescribed by ORGANON and Supplier through mutual consultation, and ORGANON shall notify Supplier of the results thereof without delay.
Acceptance Inspection. The list of items to inspect for acceptance shall be consulted in advance between GLAAM and Client. The Client will prepare a Checklist and a Receipt of Acquisition according to the agreed items. • Responsibility - Client have the obligation to be responsible for inspecting G-Glass. - GLAAM is responsible for taking actions against G-Glass defects during the acceptance inspection. - Based on DAP, acceptance inspection and issuance of Receipt of Acquisition is to be completed within 30 days of G-Glass arrival. After 30days of G-Glass arrival, it will be assumed that the inspection has been completed with no defective G-Glass recognized during the inspection. - GLAAM will be responsible for defective G-Glass until they receive the Receipt of Acquisition. - Receipt of Acquisition must be issued before G-Glass installation. - GLAAM will not be responsible for defective G-Glass occurred during and after installation without Receipt of Acquisition. - After the completion of inspection and issuance of Receipt of Acquisition, Client will be responsible for defects occurred during installation and operation process.

Acceptance Inspection. Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted Equipment on delivery. Equipment shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition unless Buyer gives Seller notice to the contrary within 10 days after delivery.
Acceptance Inspection. All Deliverables shall be subject to inspection and acceptance or rejection by NGW within a reasonable time after delivery. Payment for Deliverables shall not be deemed acceptance thereof. NGW may return to Seller, at Seller’s expense, Deliverables which fails to meet any of the terms, conditions or Specifications of this Purchase Order. NGW shall also have the right of inspection, at its expense, at Seller’s facility at any reasonable time. No such inspection shall be deemed or construed to be an acceptance of the Deliverables or NGW’s right to inspect the same on delivery as provided above.
