Subject to Section 9.14, the Acceptance Fee shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable. In addition, the Borrowers shall pay to the Acceptance Lender for its own account a fronting fee with respect to each Acceptance, at a rate equal to 0.125% percent per annum, computed on the amount of such Acceptance, computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable, and payable on the fifteenth day of each January, April, July and October, in arrears.

This charge is not prorated for the first year. There is an additional annual charge of $250.00/subaccount opened. $1,500.00 covering up to 100 deposits. There will be an additional administration fee of $750.00 for each block of 50 deposits over the initial 100 deposits.
