Acceptance by Xxxxx. Buyer hereby acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest to the property, existing on the Addition Date and thereafter created, conveyed to Buyer pursuant to Section 3(a) of this Assignment. Xxxxx further acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Assignment, Seller delivered to it the Account Schedule described in Section 2 of this Assignment.

Acceptance by Xxxxx. (a) Buyer hereby acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest to the property, now existing and hereafter created, conveyed to Buyer pursuant to Section 2.1. Buyer shall maintain a copy of Schedule 1, as delivered to it from time to time.
Acceptance by Xxxxx. Within two (2) Business Days of receiving notice from the Registry of a title transfer by Exchange, the Buyer will perform all steps necessary to accept and confirm the title transfer.
Acceptance by Xxxxx. Probe hereby accepts, confirms and ratifies, on the POA Effective Date, the assignment herein provided as acceptable and allowable under the Option Agreement.
Acceptance by Xxxxx. This Agreement shall be null and void unless it is accepted by Xxxxx and two (2) fully executed copies hereof are returned to City on or before 5:00 p.m. San Francisco time on , 20 .
Acceptance by Xxxxx. Except as otherwise set forth in the offer, the Products and services delivered under the Contract shall be deemed accepted at the time they are delivered, in accordance with Article 9, or when services are rendered. Buyer shall notify COMET in writing within 10 days of receipt or completion of installation by COMET of the Products and/or services of any claim for shortage or failure of the Products and/or services to meet the requirements set forth in the Contract.
Acceptance by Xxxxx. Acceptance by Xxxxx of theese terms may be made either by written acceptance or failure by buyer to object within a reasonable period of time following knowledge of seller’s commencement of performance on account of an order. Xxxxx’s acceptance includes, without limitation the shipment of conforming or non-conforming goods provided however in the event Seller does not receive an earlier notice of written acceptance by Xxxxx, Seller may treat any offer made hereunder as having lapsed before acceptance; or by receipt by Buyer of delivery of any product as herein provided.
