Common use of Acceptance by the Transferee Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 2024-A Series Certificate and the interest in the 2024-A Series represented thereby, whether set forth in the 2024-A Series Certificate, in the Series LLC Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

Acceptance by the Transferee. The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20242023-A Series Certificate and the interest in the 20242023-A Series represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20242023-A Series Certificate, in the Series LLC Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20242023-A B Series Certificate and the interest in the 20242023-A B Series represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20242023-A B Series Certificate, in the Series LLC Agreement or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.

The Transferee agrees to comply with all covenants and restrictions applicable to a Holder of the 20242023-A B Series Certificate and the interest in the 20242023-A B Series represented thereby, whether set forth in the 20242023-A B Series Certificate, in the Series LLC Agreement Agreement, or otherwise, and assumes all obligations and liabilities, if any, associated therewith.
