Acceptance and Lease of Property. On each Closing Date, Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 3 of the Master Agreement, hereby agrees to accept delivery on such Closing Date of the Land designated by Lessee to be delivered on such Closing Date pursuant to the terms of the Master Agreement, together with any improvements thereon and simultaneously to lease to Lessee hereunder for the Lease Term, Lessor's interest in such Land and in such improvements, together with any Building which thereafter may be constructed thereon pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement, and Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of Lessor, commencing on such Closing Date for the Lease Term, to lease from Lessor Lessor's interest in such Land to be delivered on such Closing Date together with Lessor's interest in any Building and other improvements thereon or which thereafter may be constructed thereon pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. Subject to the terms and -------------------------------- conditions of this Lease, on the Acquisition Date (i) the Seller shall convey to the Lessor, and the Lessor shall accept delivery of, the Property pursuant to the terms hereof (and subject to the conditions set forth herein) and (ii) the Lessor shall demise and lease to the Lessee hereunder for the Term the Lessor's interest in the Property, subject to the Loan Documents and the Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor, to lease from the Lessor for the Term, the Lessor's interest in the Property.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. On each Closing Date for -------------------------------- Land, Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 3 of the Master Agreement, hereby agrees to accept delivery on such Closing Date of such Land pursuant to the terms of the Master Agreement, together with any Building or Buildings and other improvements thereon, and simultaneously to lease to the related Lessee hereunder for the Lease Term, Lessor's interest in such Land and in such Building or Buildings and other improvements, together with any Building which thereafter may be constructed thereon pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement, and such related Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of Lessor, commencing on such Closing Date for the Lease Term, to lease from Lessor Lessor's interest in such Land to be delivered on such Closing Date, together with, in the case of Land, Lessor's interest in the Building or Buildings and other improvements thereon and/or which thereafter may be constructed thereon pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement. This Lease shall be in full force and effect with respect to each Leased Property on the Closing Date therefor; provided, however, that, notwithstanding anything herein -------- ------- to the contrary, with respect to any Leased Property subject to the Construction Agency Agreement, the Lessee shall make payments hereunder with respect to such Leased Property (other than any payments due under Section 14.1 hereof or under ------------ Section 3.3, 3.4 or Article V of the Construction Agency Agreement) during the Construction Term therefor from the proceeds of Fundings pursuant to, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Master Agreement.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Participation Agreement, including without limitation the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article II thereof, the Lessor hereby agrees to accept pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement delivery on the Closing the Land together with Improvements thereon, if any, to be delivered by the seller thereof and simultaneously to demise and lease to the Lessee hereunder and under the Lease Supplement for the Lease Term, the Lessor's interest in such Land and in such Improvements together with any Improvements which thereafter may be constructed on such Land pursuant this Master Lease, and the Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor, to lease from the Lessor for the Lease Term, the Lessor's interest in such Land and in such Improvements together with any Improvements which thereafter may be constructed on such Land pursuant and this Master Lease.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Participation Agreement, including without limitation the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article VI thereof, the Lessor hereby agrees to accept, pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement, delivery on each Acquisition Date of a Property from one or more third parties designated by the Lessee and simultaneously to demise and lease to the Lessee hereunder and under the relevant Lease Supplement for the Lease Term, the Lessor's interest in such Property and the Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor, to lease from the Lessor for the Lease Term the interest of the Lessor in such Property identified in the applicable Lease Supplement.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Participation Agreement, including without limitation the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Article VI thereof, the Lessor Trust hereby agrees to accept, pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement, delivery on each Acquisition Date of the Land or leasehold interest therein, as applicable, to be delivered by the seller or ground lessor of the Land on such Acquisition Date, and simultaneously to demise and lease to the Lessee hereunder and under the Lease Supplement for the Lease Term, the Lessor Trust's interest in such Land, together with any Improvements which thereafter may be constructed on such Land pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement or this Master Lease, and the Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor Trust, the Agent Certificate Holder and the Certificate Holders, to lease from the Lessor Trust for the Lease Term the interest of the Lessor Trust in such Land identified in the Lease Supplement, together with any Improvements which thereafter may be constructed on such Land pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement and this Master Lease.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. Effective as of the Closing Date, -------------------------------- the Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 6 of the Participation Agreement, accepted delivery of the Land Interest that was delivered on the Land Interest Acquisition Date pursuant to the terms of the Original Participation Agreement, and leased to the Lessee under the Lease for the Term (as defined in Section 2.3), the Lessor's interest in such ----------- Land Interest and the Lessee agreed, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor, to lease commencing on the Lease Commencement Date from the Lessor for the Term, the Lessor's interest in such Land Interest that was delivered on such Land Interest Acquisition Date.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. Effective as of the Closing Date, the Lessor, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 6 of the Participation Agreement, hereby agrees to accept delivery of the Land Interest to be delivered on the Land Interest Acquisition Date pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement, and to lease to the Lessee hereunder for the Term the Lessor's interest in such Land Interest and the Lessor's interest in any Improvements existing thereon, in any Improvements which thereafter may be constructed thereon and any Equipment, if any, which may be purchased for use in connection therewith pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement, this Lease or the Participation Agreement, and the Lessee hereby agrees, expressly for the direct benefit of the Lessor, to lease commencing on such Lease Commencement Date from the Lessor for the Term, the Lessor's interest in such Land Interest to be delivered on such Land Interest Acquisition Date, any Improvements existing thereon, any Improvements which thereafter may be constructed thereon and such Equipment pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement, this Lease or the Participation Agreement.
Acceptance and Lease of Property. On the Closing Date under the Master Transaction Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions provided therein, Lessor hereby agrees to lease to Lessee the property described as: [Address of Property] including the Equipment and Furnishings (as such terms are defined in the Master Lease Agreement) at such location (the “Leased Property”).
Acceptance and Lease of Property.
