Accelerate Indebtedness. Xxxxxx may declare the entire Obligations immediately due and payable, without notice of any kind to Borrower.
Accelerate Indebtedness. Lender may declare the entire Indebtedness, including any prepayment penalty which Grantor would be required to pay, immediately due and payable, without notice of any kind to Grantor.
