Academic Year Appointments. The academic year appointment period for developmental research school employees consists of a fall and spring semester not exceeding 194 days within approximately 42 contiguous weeks. In scheduling these days, the XXXX shall consider the calendar of the local districts and such scheduling shall be subject to consultation under Article 2.

Academic Year Appointments. Appointment for the academic year requires that the appointee be in attendance at the University from September 1 to Commencement, or an equivalent period, within each academic year unless excused by the appropriate academic officer.

Academic Year Appointments. No later than May 2020 the University will implement a model that will allow for some Adjunct Faculty members to be offered personal services agreements in the subsequent Academic Year that include up to two courses in the Fall semester and up to two courses in the Spring semester.
